The issue in GetHuman-kittyk's own words
Cashier did not understand coupons. I had * paper coupons ($*.** off one box and I got *) for pampers easy ups, that I went to target just because they have $** gift card with $*** baby purchase. She scanned one of my paper coupons and it said to enter a price, which confused her. She called someone and asked them about it. He said it must be free with the coupon, which wasn't anything about pampers coupon... it was the crest toothpaste for $*.** I bought, which with my cartwheel ($*.** off) should have been .** cents and I somehow ended up getting free. They weren't even paying attention to my actual paper coupons, which were for pampers and not crest. He said my paper coupons can only be used for one, which did not say that on the fine print of my coupons. She was even confused with my printed cartwheel barcode and my $** off $*** baby bar code. She didn't even scan my cartwheel barcode( which I gave her and told her to scan) as I also had a $*.** code off one pamper box. None of the two paper coupons or carthwheel offers were applied to the pampers I bought. They were crowded since it was a busy time and I was not holding up the line for cashier incompetence!
GetHuman-kittyk did not yet indicate what Target.com should do to make this right.
