Very bad experience with your online customer service male - spanish **I received very rude, inaccurate help, from a male customer service person, here.. *Interrupted me continuously, angrily, gave inaccurate information, was extremely rude, short, as I could not locate the information he was referring too.. I called to ask if I could be helped to enter the merchandise return card information for an online purchase.. He continually told me I was no listening to him, and kept interrupting me with mam.. listen to me.. you are not doing as I am telling you to do... etc.. very very rude, condescending.. He did not ask me for my name or e-mail and hung up on me, when I asked to talk wiht someone who could talk to me nicely and help me.. .. I called back.. received customer service from a female, who told me, I was not even able to use the merchandise return gift card online..

Male customer service person (spanish male) terminated.. I would like s complimentary call, or something for this very upsetting experience.. This male did not record or ask for my information, and it was therefore not able to traced..
