I have been trying for two days to speak to a live representative re: Red Card (Master Card) issues. Every customer service number I call results in the exact same recording and four options, none of which are helpful to me.**I wanted to request a late payment charge be reversed because I thought I had made the payment. Amount due for April was $**.**, which I paid in full. My May bill was $**.** and when I looked at that I thought I already paid this. I then attempted to pay $***.**, which would be the balance if the late fee was waived and it was returned by my bank. I had recently switched my institution from Pima Federal CU to Desert Financial CU and have experienced some glitches. I reentered my banking information and attempted to make a payment and was advised that my online payment has been disabled. The number I was told to call offered me the exact same four recorded options. I am beyond frustrated.**I have been a loyal Red Card member since **** and a frequent shopped at Target. This experience has me near deciding to cancel my account and my relationship with Target.**I would like to actually speak with someone. my phone number is **-***-****
