I have been struggling for two days to reach a live representative regarding Red Card (Mastercard) concerns. Each customer service number I dial leads me to the same recording with four unhelpful options. I need assistance reversing a late payment fee as I mistakenly believed I had made the payment. I paid $93.68 in April and thought I covered the $97.83 May bill. I tried to pay $[redacted].96 (including a waived late fee), but my bank returned it due to recent banking changes from Pima Federal CU to Desert Financial CU. After updating my banking details, I tried to make a payment, but my online payment access was disabled. The helpline I called only had the same recorded options, adding to my frustration. Being a loyal Red Card member since [redacted] and a frequent Target shopper, this ordeal makes me consider canceling my account and relationship with Target. I hope to speak to a representative soon.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my VISA credit card statement dated March 21, [redacted]. I was not present at the location where the $[redacted].99 Target purchase was made. Although my Credit Union advised me to contact you about the situation, I received their response after the 60-day dispute period had passed. I'm preparing to send a letter to your office along with a copy of my credit card statement, which will all be dated within the 60-day limit. After my Credit Union's attempts to assist me, I was directed to reach out to Target regarding the dispute. The initial letter to my Credit Union, dated May 9, [redacted], outlined the issue. This charge was not made on a Red Target card but on my VISA credit card. I hope to receive guidance on how to proceed. Thank you. - G.N.

I previously worked for Target and received a letter six weeks ago about not receiving my final paycheck of $[redacted]. They instructed me to send back a document and promised my check within four to six weeks. It has been 8 weeks now, and I still haven't received my check. My name is Leland Masias from Irvine, California. I'm reaching out for assistance before considering legal action. I left Target about half a year ago, and this outstanding payment issue persists. I returned the requested document on 1/28/19, but my check has not arrived. Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated as $[redacted]+ is a significant sum.

I received a late fee because I didn't receive an online statement notification for last month's payment due on July 10, [redacted]. I did get a reminder to view my statement online on July 12, [redacted], which I opened this morning only to discover a collection notice. When I contacted customer service, I explained that I paid my balance upon seeing the notice this morning and wanted assurance that my credit score wouldn't be affected. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. Upon checking my online statement, I noticed a late fee that I believe should be waived as I am always prompt with payments. I am seeking assistance with resolving this issue promptly.

I'm trying to contact a representative regarding my payment due on the 23rd. With the hustle and bustle of preparing for the holidays, I accidentally overlooked making the payment. I've just submitted a payment through my RedCard account online, but I wish to discuss this matter with someone directly. I've always been punctual with my payments, including my Target RedCard, and I hope this slip-up won't impact my credit negatively. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a representative regarding this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I am Dr. Tatiana Fedyk, a business school professor at the University of San Francisco. I recently noticed fraudulent activity on my business credit card, used at a Target store in Haverhill, MA. The fraudulent orders were made with the following numbers: [redacted][redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. Last August, I used this card a few times when visiting MIT with my daughter, at two locations: Waterfront and Boston Packards Corner (Cambridge). I am concerned about the lack of ID or credit card verification for picking up items at Target. Are there pictures available for police or internal investigation regarding this fraudulent activity? I am requesting an internal investigation into this matter. Thank you, Dr. Tatiana Fedyk.

I received a notification that my Target Credit card application was declined. Despite having a solid credit score of [redacted] and no red flags on Equifax, the letter just mentioned that there was information they couldn't verify. I'm unsure what exactly they need from me to confirm. The contact method through GetHuman proved to be unhelpful as I didn't receive a response from a live person. I hope to find out soon why my application was denied and how I can assist in verifying any missing details.

I recently received a letter from Target Card Services indicating a decline in credit application under the ID TCC-[redacted]39. The letter was sent to the name Johnny Shelton at the address [redacted] Brookvine Court, Marietta, GA [redacted]. However, I suspect this is a fraudulent application as I have not used the name Johnny Shelton since [redacted], except for interactions with the VA. This is the second instance of someone trying to obtain credit using that name. My correct names are either John J Shelton or John Julian Shelton. Please reach out to me at my home number [redacted] or via mail at the provided address for further assistance. Thank you, John J. Shelton.

I have attempted all contact numbers to reach your representatives without success. I was charged $29 for a late payment, but I typically pay my bills promptly upon receipt. There seems to have been an issue with not receiving my bill for November. To prevent this in the future, I have enrolled in electronic statements. Kindly eliminate the $29 late fee from my account. This is the first time I have encountered a late payment, and had I received the November statement, I would have settled it immediately. Thank you. - C.N. Account: [redacted] SS: Last 4 - [redacted]

Dear Customer Service, I received an email bill today that inaccurately requests $[redacted].70 from me. My recent charges amount to $66.97, paid on 8/11/21, and $37.32 for Banza chickpea pasta, which I did not receive a bill for. I am willing to settle the $37.32 charge promptly. I attempted to report my card as stolen, but after a long wait, a family member managed to lock the card. I would like guidance on how to pay the correct $37.32 amount without using the online system or disclosing my bank details over the phone to avoid overpayment. I am frustrated with the lack of immediate assistance for reporting stolen cards. Please address this and prevent future billing discrepancies. I am prepared to take legal action if the extra charges are deemed late fees. My credit rating is excellent, and I pay bills promptly unless there are errors. This issue echoes a previous experience with a RedCard. Enhancements such as transparent fraud reporting lines and improved bill notifications are needed for better service.

I have made multiple payments on my Red Card Master Credit account, but there seems to be an issue with the dates these payments are being applied to my account. The February 13th payment of $75.00 and the March 14th payment of $45.00 were both applied on March 23rd, not on the dates they were made as stated on my statement. However, the statement also falsely claims that both of these payments were returned on March 28th and 29th when they were actually cleared from my bank account. Moreover, although my April 09th payment of $75.00 shows as delivered, it has not been applied to my account yet. Due to these discrepancies, my balance appears to be $41.00 over the limit at $[redacted].00, which includes additional charges and interest fees for late payment and unpaid balances that I believe are incorrect. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, I have been unable to speak with a representative. I am considering sending a formal written complaint by certified mail as my next step to address these issues. Thank you.

I currently have an outstanding cumulative late payment, including a $40 grocery payment, totaling $[redacted]. There have been a series of misunderstandings contributing to this amount, with the most recent being a returned check due to damage by the US Post Office. Despite not being in debt, I acknowledge the overdue payment and am willing to pay. However, I am hesitant to provide my banking information online or over the phone due to security concerns related to Target's recent issues. I acquired the card for the benefits my nieces receive, but I struggle with technology and have been unable to access help from Target's customer service page, which has been unavailable for two days. I kindly request that Target only charges me the original amount, considering the challenges I faced in resolving the misunderstandings and my difficulty in using their online services. Thank you for your understanding. Best, M. B.
