I normally love ya'll food & have great service. Today was an extremely terrible experience though. We sat in drive thru for over **minutes then when we got to the window the gentleman was rude & rolling his eyes so I chose not to say anything at that time about how long it was taking. He took my $**.** for my order & shut the window. Came back about *min later handed me my drink & order then closed window abruptly. I waved at him because I didn't have a receipt, he stated computers were down and could not print me one. If that wasn't bad enough when we got home our food was cold & dry worst I've ever had from you & not worth eating....mind you I live *min from the restaurant so no excuse for this. To top it off I had a *yr old in the car with me & if you have kids I'm sure you can imagine it made things that much worse of an experience for me as a customer. Whomever worked today needs retraining on customer service and what the term drive thru means....definitely not **min in line to get old food.
