I was charged over $30 for a $20.49 taco supreme party pack, and when I inquired about the overcharge, their explanation was unclear to me. I tried calling the store manager multiple times, but they only answered once out of seven calls. After finally reaching them, I requested to speak to a manager, and they claimed to be one. When I asked for their name to address my complaint personally, they unprofessionally refused to disclose their identity. Frustrated by their attitude, I mentioned visiting in person to resolve the matter but was met with further resistance. This experience has shifted my focus from the overcharge issue to filing a complaint against the unprofessional and rude behavior of this supposed manager.

I recently visited the drive-thru at a fast-food restaurant located at [redacted] West Elk Avenue in Elizabethton, Tennessee (store number 02 90 31). After receiving the wrong order and facing issues when trying to resolve it over the phone, I went back to the store. However, upon reaching there, I had an unpleasant encounter with the shift manager who was unprofessional and rude. The situation escalated when I requested the names of the employees involved. Eventually, my order was remade, but the service continued to be lacking in customer care. This incident occurred around 1:52 p.m. at the store.

I attempted to use your app today to order lunch, but it was not functional. I ordered a burrito supreme, taco supreme with a drink meal, and 2 soft shell taco supremes. Unfortunately, the entire order was incorrect when I returned to work to eat during my lunch break. I was unable to return to fix the issue. I am requesting a full refund for the meal, which cost around $15.00, as well as reimbursement for the time I lost not having the lunch I ordered. This experience is truly disappointing. During a recent visit to the Taco Bell in Bethlehem, GA with my husband, we faced a frustrating experience. While my husband briefly stepped outside, the manager, Terrance, accused us of not collecting our order promptly despite his employees calling our name. He proceeded to rudely scold us and his staff. Disappointed by his behavior, I inquired about his conduct with another employee, who confirmed his name and managerial role. After expressing my displeasure, the employee apologized and agreed that his behavior was unacceptable. I made it clear that despite his sudden change in attitude, his lack of apology was not sufficient. I informed them of my intention to contact corporate and articulated that I would not return as long as Terrance remained in charge at that Taco Bell branch.

I recently visited Taco Bell on US [redacted] Highway Marketplace in Maryville, Tennessee. My order totaled $61.85. After being asked to pull around and wait for my order to be brought out, I discovered upon checking that a full combo meal was missing. The combo included a Classic Combo with a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Beefy Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twist, and a large drink. Although I went inside and managed to receive the missing combo without issues, upon further inspection, I noticed that a standalone 5-Layer Burrito was also missing. The manager, John, insisted it was in my bags but did not check. After a bit of back and forth, the burrito was finally prepared and brought out. An employee named Elisha also got involved and things escalated, which I found concerning especially since I had my two young children, aged 17 and 8, in the car.

Upon arrival, I was told my order wasn't ready and asked to wait. After 30 minutes, I was directed to the Drive Thru, and when I reached the window, they didn't have my order prepared or displayed on the screen. I am a big fan of Taco Bell and everything they offer, from the food to the staff. I recently noticed a new "recycle the sauce packet program" at some locations, and I'm curious if this is just in my state. It's common knowledge that when you ask for one or two sauce packets at Taco Bell, you often end up with a handful. While it's generous, it can lead to unnecessary waste. Perhaps a friendly reminder to the staff to inquire about the number of sauce packets needed could help reduce excess packets given out. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I placed a mobile order online and when I arrived at the Drive-Thru, they claimed they hadn't received it yet. I showed them it was paid for and tried to explain the order, but they couldn't find it. I suggested canceling the mobile order and having it re-entered on their end. They mentioned it might take up to 24 hours for the refund. I indicated it was my birthday and I was hungry. After waiting a while without any update, I called and was informed that my order was canceled, which I did not request. Frustrated, I inquired about the employees’ names but got unhelpful responses. The lack of assistance and customer service left me feeling disappointed on my special day. The staff's behavior, especially after I left, made me feel uncomfortable, and I simply wanted to identify the employees who assisted me.

I placed an order on the app that included a promo expiring today. New to this app, I didn't know I had to inform the staff at the speaker for pickup. Brittany instructed me to drive back and forth on the highway to process my 2 taco order. I asked for a refund, which she promised would go back on my card. She declined to give written confirmation. I seek assurance of my $5 refund. I suggest Brittany receives customer service training and request a BOGO crunchy taco coupon since the expired deal caused inconvenience. Thank you.

Today, on April 4th, I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru near me. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared as requested. I asked for 2 Grilled Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burritos without chipotle sauce and tortilla strips on the side. However, I received something that resembled a chicken soft taco, which was lacking in both size and ranch dressing. Having worked in the restaurant industry for over 28 years, I understand the importance of accuracy in food preparation. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the store by phone, I was unable to reach anyone. I am not seeking a refund, but rather a correctly prepared replacement for my order. Each year, the Colorado Rockies, a Major League Baseball team, run a Taco Bell promotion. If the Rockies score 7 or more runs in a game, the promotion is activated. My friends and family enjoy this promotion, but unfortunately, I cannot find any participating stores in Colorado Springs. I contacted corporate offices, but they were unhelpful as the stores are franchises. I inquired about speaking with the promotions vice president, but my request was denied, citing the franchise situation. I believe it would be beneficial to have signs on the doors of stores to inform the public about their participation in the promotion. As a customer, I am disappointed with this experience.

On a Tuesday night, 04/13/22, I placed an order through the main Taco Bell app. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that their system did not receive the order, citing issues with online orders affecting other customers as well. I have been experiencing issues logging into my account on the Taco Bell website for several months. Each time I try to log in, I receive an error message stating, "Login failed. Please try again." I have attempted to reset my password multiple times using the "Forgot Password" feature, but the problem persists. Furthermore, I am interested in ordering a specific combo that is only available on the website menu. When I tried to order it at my local Taco Bell, they informed me that I could only order the "Deluxe Cravings Box" or the "My Cravings Box" online. I would appreciate assistance in resolving these login issues and possibly notifying the Pembroke NC store about allowing customers to order certain items from the drive-thru window. My name is Alex Parkhurst, and I recently visited Taco Bell in Cameron, MO [redacted]. I called ahead to ask about my order of 3 nacho boxes. Despite waiting in line for over 30 minutes, I remained patient. However, upon returning home, I discovered all three boxes contained minimal fries, barely enough for one. Additionally, my beefy five-layer burrito was lacking ingredients. When I called the store to address the issue, a female employee laughed and hung up on me. Despite attempting to call back, she continued to be unhelpful. This was an extremely poor experience, and the disrespect shown by the staff was unacceptable. I have taken pictures of the food in question and would appreciate a response to rectify this situation.

I placed an order for 2 15-piece Cinnabon Delight Bites and 2 Deluxe Boxes with beef (no steak, no tomatoes, no beans) on the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, along with a Mountain Dew with light ice. Unfortunately, I received a mushy steak chalupa filled with only lettuce, a stale Doritos Locos Taco shell, and a barely filled, dry Beefy 5-Layer Burrito with an old soft shell. The only decent item was the nachos and cheese. Even worse, the Mountain Dew tasted horrible. To make matters worse, I didn't receive the Cinnabon bites or mild sauce we requested, or even napkins. After spending $25, I am incredibly frustrated. I've been trying to call the local Taco Bell for five hours, but the automated message keeps saying the employees are busy with other customers and hangs up.

However, my recent visit turned sour when I learned that the beloved Beefy Fritos Burrito was discontinued. Yesterday, I contacted to inquire about my initial order on the app. Although I placed the order, the food never reached the restaurant, yet the charge was deducted from my card and my $5 gift card on the Taco Bell app. My order did not go through, but my money was taken. I urgently need a refund as I was trying to provide dinner for my child. Despite speaking to a customer service representative, no email has been received from Taco Bell addressing this issue. I am still without my money or food for my child. I request immediate action to resolve this matter. This situation has left me with no means to feed my child, even though my food stamps have been delayed. I kindly ask for a full refund, including both the gift card and my cash app card amount.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent Taco Bell orders. On 4/28, I ordered food with extra sour cream, but none of the tacos had it. I had to order sour cream separately, which arrived late, making the food soggy and inedible for my autistic daughter. Despite several attempts to contact them, I couldn't reach anyone. The following day, a store employee informed me I had to resolve issues through the app, but even after trying multiple numbers, I couldn't speak to a live person. Subsequent orders were also incorrect – steak was replaced with hamburger, nachos had no cheese, and everything was sloppily made. Upon ordering and arriving at the drive-thru, I inquired about using checks, but was informed they do not accept them and proceeded to pay using my debit card. Subsequently, a younger male employee brought our order to the window hastily, handing over the bags abruptly. When I requested mild sauce, he rudely provided around 30 packets and walked off after thrusting them at us. Upon inspecting our food, we discovered the super burrito was disappointingly small, comparable to a soft shell taco. We had traveled 1 1/2 hours for this Taco Bell experience, only to be let down. It would have been more enjoyable to have stayed home and made tacos ourselves. I am seeking a refund for this unsatisfactory visit and perhaps some form of compensation for the inconvenience of our journey, ideally a complimentary meal on our next visit.
