I have been experiencing ongoing issues with Taco Bell locations nationwide during my travels. The service quality and staffing seem to be declining, and many locations need to update their website and app information to reflect that they offer drive-thru service only. One such problematic experience was at the Taco Bell located at [redacted] Eads Parkway East in Greendale, IN, on 11/26 (order number [redacted]). Despite the website indicating the dining room was open, I had to use the drive-thru. My order was incorrect, missing items, lacked sauces, and provided only a few napkins. It was disappointing to not receive all my items but I decided against returning to the store to correct the mistakes.

I received an incorrect order with uneven proportions from the mobile app. I ordered the Doritos Locos Taco Supreme meal. Despite customizing all three tacos to remove sour cream, I received three regular Doritos Locos Tacos with excessive sour cream and lettuce, insufficient cheese and meat, and no tomatoes. I specifically opted for the Supreme meal to ensure tomatoes and no sour cream.

I attempted to order pickup online from a nearby Taco Bell, but after completing the order and entering my payment details, the page indicated I would be picking up in Muncie, IN, far from my location in Locust Grove, GA. Despite seeing Locust Grove at the top, I canceled the order assuming the payment would be voided. I went to the store, placed and paid for my order in person, and returned home. Later, I was surprised to find out the online payment of $21.87 processed, pending alongside my in-store purchase. I kindly request an immediate refund of the online payment and written confirmation of the refund.

I recently placed an order including 3 taco boxes, a burrito, and 2 potato tacos. Unfortunately, the taco boxes were missing from my delivery, and the ones I did receive all had ground beef instead of the specified steak and chicken. Additionally, one of the boxes broke through the bottom while I was carrying it in the parking lot. I am requesting a full refund for my order that totaled $78.81. I recently ordered the My Cravings Box online and customized my meal. Unfortunately, when I picked up my order, the chalupa and bean burrito were made incorrectly; they had ingredients I requested to be removed and were missing the additional toppings I paid for. Additionally, I did not receive the two extra soft tacos I ordered. I attempted to contact the store by phone to address these issues, but no one answered.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit. Upon ordering, we were interrupted before completing our order. The order was then prepared inaccurately, and when I requested a refund, my drink was promptly discarded by the staff. Furthermore, despite the errors made by the establishment in both the drinks and food, the manager refused to allow the window attendant to provide me with a correct drink. To make matters worse, my boyfriend, a former employee, and I fell ill for five days after consuming the food from your restaurant. I intend to seek legal action if appropriate measures are not taken to address these issues and prevent similar incidents in the future.

I encountered a very unpleasant situation at the Doordash pick-up from Taco Bell. The employee was extremely rude, yelling and swearing at me when I inquired about picking up the order from the door due to a long drive-thru line. After waiting in the drive-thru for half an hour with delayed orders, things escalated when I tried to speak to the manager. The employee's behavior was unacceptable, not just towards me but to other customers as well. This incident happened at the Taco Bell on [redacted] Holland Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on Sunday, July 12th, around 12:30 a.m. It's disheartening to encounter such disrespect from someone who should be providing customer service.

I had an unpleasant experience at Taco Bell on either Thursday or Friday night, around 12:30 AM on the 10th. I'm a Doordasher, and when I arrived, the drive-thru line was very long. I politely asked if they could bring my order to the door, but a young white female employee at the night drive-thru reacted aggressively, using inappropriate language. When I approached the drive-thru window later, after waiting for about half an hour, she continued to be rude. I attempted to speak with the manager, but she intervened, using offensive language. Despite being courteous, I was met with hostility. This incident occurred at the Taco Bell on Holland Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at location [redacted].

I placed an order for about $50, expecting 12 items, but I only received 9 items which were wrong! Instead of chalupas & soft tacos, I got bean & rice burritos, and they gave me potatoes instead of steak nachos. It was frustrating. When I got home and saw the mistake, I tried calling three times but no one answered. I recently visited your drive-thru and received frozen food. After returning twice for replacements, the same items were given to me, prompting me to request a refund. The staff refused, claiming the food was in the bag. The employees displayed poor customer service, were rude, and did not apologize. It is important to provide customers with the correct, hot food and improve employee training to prevent such incidents in the future.

I placed an order on the app yesterday from Taco Bell. When my uncle went to pick up the order, the employee handed it to him through the door. Today, I made another order and called to request that the order be given to my uncle again, but the lady informed me that they could only serve through the drive-thru now. I explained that my uncle wouldn't be able to go through the drive-thru as he didn't have a car. She mentioned that in that case, I would need to cancel my order.

I had an issue where my order got sent to the wrong store. The store I visited tried to reach out to the correct store without success. As a result, I had to place a new order, spending more money. Unfortunately, the replacement order was made incorrectly and had missing items. I am seeking a cancellation for the initial order sent to the wrong store to receive a refund for the undelivered food. I was charged $12.88 on December 13th for an order I placed. Upon reaching Arthur restaurant at [redacted], Allentown, [redacted], I was informed that their Mobile service was down, a recurring issue. This happened between 3:55 pm and 4:10 pm. The staff assured me they would refund the money to my account, but it has not been done yet.

I downloaded the Taco Bell app and received some rewards. I waited in line at the store for 40 minutes only to find out at the window that I needed to redeem them online. When I tried to submit online, it didn't go through. Going back to the store, the lady refused to help me despite showing her what I had done. It's frustrating because I have been a loyal customer at this Taco Bell since it first opened about 40 years ago.

I placed orders for 3 individuals using their respective devices. For Dorothy Dixon, I intended to redeem a free Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco with black beans. For Dorothea, I also aimed to redeem a free Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco with black beans. Lastly, for Robert Dixon, I sought to redeem a free Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Initially, I arranged for Dorothy and Robert to collect their orders in-store at 3:15pm. Later, I added an order for Dorothea at the same time, but upon arrival, I was informed the system was down. Returning an hour later, the staff had only prepared Dorothea's order. Opting not to take the incomplete order, I planned to return when all were available. Upon meeting Dorothy and Robert, their orders had vanished along with my own. I never retrieved any orders; they disappeared before I could collect them as is standard procedure. I kindly request to have our rewards reinstated in our accounts for redemption. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently noticed that beef burritos are no longer available to order at Taco Bell, especially the beef, rice, and cheese options that were previously on the value menu. They seem to have been replaced by a $2 version with additional toppings. When inquiring if I could still get one, I was informed that they are no longer offered. The value menu burritos were quite popular among seniors due to their affordability, along with senior drink options. Being a loyal customer of Taco Bell since [redacted] and having contributed to building a location 30 years ago in Thomasville, this change has impacted my regular dining routine with my wife and grandkids, whom I take there twice a week.

I arrived at Taco Bell033354 around 6:50 p.m. to find the lobby locked and all lights turned off. I have a tomato allergy, and despite specifically requesting no tomatoes on my order of a deluxe Cravings box with extra cheese through the drive-thru, my meal had tomatoes and lacked the extra cheese I asked for. This is the third time in a row this has happened, and it's very frustrating. I like Taco Bell and keep returning, hoping they will get my order right since I always confirm it's accurate. However, the food preparation doesn't match the order taken. Unfortunately, this time it resulted in me unknowingly consuming tomatoes, which I'm severely allergic to. It's disappointing that there seems to be such a consistent issue with the orders being prepared incorrectly. Also, it's perplexing why the lobby was closed and all the lights were off at 7 p.m.

My partner and I, who are both vegan, visited a Taco Bell recently and ordered 5 black bean crunchwraps. While on a road trip, we discovered there was meat in our food. This was distressing as we have been meat-free for two years and specifically ordered black bean burritos. All 5 crunchwraps were filled with meat despite our request. Unfortunately, we noticed this after leaving the store and could not return due to time constraints. I kindly request a refund for the 5 incorrect crunchwraps we purchased, as we were unable to consume them.

I have noticed that some Taco Bell menu items, like the Nachos Supreme, are not available for ordering online even though they are listed on the website. It is frustrating that there is no direct feedback option available other than using social media platforms, which I prefer not to do. This lack of a simple feedback form or email address seems counterintuitive as it could potentially lead to public complaints on various social media channels. It's surprising that Taco Bell prefers this approach over a more traditional feedback method. Hopefully, they reconsider their feedback options in the future.
