Hello, my name is Genesis L. Recently, on June 21, [redacted] at 7:40 pm, I visited the Taco Bell located at [redacted] Gessner Drive, Houston, TX [redacted], and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I had ordered $32 worth of food, and upon checking, my sister noticed that two items were missing. Upon returning to the store, I faced several issues. Firstly, the employee did not provide a receipt. Secondly, the order was incorrect. When I approached the staff about the missing items, they handled the food without gloves, which was concerning post-pandemic. The manager, Phil, accused me of stealing, which I found to be extremely unprofessional. Despite being a regular Taco Bell customer, this experience was disappointing and unacceptable. The manager, Phil, was rude and lacked proper hygiene practices. I hope Taco Bell addresses this issue promptly, or I will be compelled to share my negative experience on Yelp. Thank you.

I made a purchase through the mobile app for a meal at the Taco Bell drive-thru in Santa Clara, CA, off Homestead. Despite setting my pick-up time for 10:00 PM and arriving at 10:05 PM, the staff informed me that they had no order for me. I offered to discuss the issue at the window and proceeded. The employee there, who recognized me as a regular named Pedro, checked with a co-worker and was told that I had already picked up my order. I stressed that I had not received my meal and was incorrectly charged. After a 45-minute wait and no resolution, I am disappointed that my initial complaint has gone unanswered for weeks. I ordered a $5 cravings box and a burrito from the value menu. I am requesting a refund to the card charged and a complimentary meal to compensate for the inconvenience and multiple complaints I had to raise.

I used a reward to download the free app and purchased extra items, but when I arrived at Taco Bell, they claimed to be closed. I returned the next day, only to have the manager refuse to address my issue and be incredibly rude. She even spoke badly about me in my presence. I just wanted to get the food I paid for, but I was met with disrespect. I am frustrated that I can't reach anyone to resolve this and get a refund. The manager told me there was nothing that could be done and it feels like the app might be a scam.

I placed an order online and waited in the drive-through line for a long time. When it was finally my turn to order, the location had closed. I tried calling but got voicemail. I then discovered the nearest Taco Bell was also closed. I wasted over 45 minutes and would like a full refund of $24.97. I recently visited the Taco Bell at [redacted] Westowne Drive in Neenah, WI [redacted]. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with extra beef for $5.49, but it had no beef on it. I also tried to order a cup of coffee, but was told they don't serve coffee after I had already paid at the kiosk. I asked for a refund, and after a 10-minute wait, the employee gave me my money back for the coffee. Frustrated, we ended up getting food at Kwik Trip instead, which was a much better experience. When I asked for the store number, the employee gave me a dirty look and didn't provide a receipt. Dear Concerned Party, I am Roylene P., the CEO of a non-profit organization called WORK@IT Ministries in Cleveland, Ohio. Our organization runs a sex trafficking awareness program named WHAT ABOUT ME (WAM), and we work with the Cleveland Public School Systems weekly. WAM also partners with the Cleveland Police Force, and at the close of each month, we organize meals for the children we serve. These kids, who mostly come from underprivileged backgrounds, rarely get the chance to enjoy eating out at places like Taco Bell due to financial constraints and limited dining options in their area. It's disheartening that most of them have never ventured beyond Cleveland and lack exposure to different experiences. We are seeking assistance in providing meals for 30 students monthly throughout the 2[redacted] school year to help bridge this experience gap for them. I placed an order at your Chattanooga location but did not receive all the items. Despite requesting assistance at the door, the staff were unable to provide the missing items promptly. After a series of misunderstandings including not receiving a receipt, being given incorrect items even after speaking to the manager, and facing difficulties in obtaining a refund while being outside the building, I was left frustrated and disappointed with the service. I attempted to contact the store by phone but was unable to reach anyone. As a former fast-food employee, I am appalled by the level of service provided and believe that improvements are necessary. My overall experience was unpleasant and disappointing, and I believe that the staff at this location need further training to avoid similar situations in the future.

I am hoping to see the return of two beloved items on the Taco Bell menu. The first one being the Combination Burrito, as I often have to custom order it each time by adding meat and onions, and sometimes it is still made incorrectly. Bringing it back to the menu would simplify the ordering process. The second item I miss is the Enchirito, my all-time favorite. It is challenging to explain and order at most Taco Bell locations. These classics should make a comeback. Lastly, I would also love to see the return of the Bell Beefer on the menu.

I recently spent $30 at Taco Bell ordering through the app. When I got home, I realized I was missing half of my order, and my kids couldn't eat. I tried contacting the restaurant but couldn't get through. When I finally spoke to someone this morning, they said I needed to request a refund through the app. I had a similar experience before where I spent $40, and despite complaining, they didn't make it right. On July 20, [redacted], I visited the Taco Bell near Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, IN to purchase two 12-packs of tacos for the percussionists at their "mini band camp" that evening. As the band director, I was pleased with the service and the food, with a total cost of $38.35. The address of this Taco Bell is [redacted] East 56th Street, Indianapolis, IN [redacted]. On July 22, [redacted], I returned for three 12-packs of tacos for the percussionists. However, I was faced with a limitation of only being able to purchase 6 tacos at a time, resulting in multiple visits through the drive-through and a total expenditure of $66.30. The manager explained this policy, although it caused a delay of 27 minutes and inconveniences such as missing out on sauces and a free taco. I am reaching out to inquire if any refund is possible. I placed my order via the mobile app and upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was instructed to go inside to collect my food. Upon entering the lobby, I was informed that they were low on ingredients and unable to fulfill my order. No shortage information was given through the app or at the drive-thru. Despite marking my order as ready, I did not receive any food and was denied a refund. I couldn't cancel the order since it was marked as ready. Angel, the employee I spoke to, was unable to assist with food or a refund. Unfortunately, no one offered any help or consideration even though I had paid for a complete order and received nothing. I visited the Taco Bell located at [redacted] Fairview Rd. in Simpsonville, South Carolina, on August 8th around 3:20 PM. While there, a young white female with white gauges in her ears took my order in the parking lot under an umbrella. I requested fries and a large iced tea. She instructed me to proceed to the speaker at the menu board for payment. Surprisingly, the board displayed my order as three different hot sauce packets with a total cost of zero cents. The staff member at the speaker window simply said "Taco Bell" before prompting me to drive forward. At the payment window, a thin black female cashier was present with the door ajar and the key in the drawer, and I didn't receive a receipt. It appears there may be an issue with money handling by employees. I'm uncertain how to report this to the store owner, hoping someone can assist with this matter.

I am writing to address the situation with the General Manager at store #[redacted], Samantha Skinner. I have attempted to contact various phone numbers but have consistently faced being placed on hold and eventually disconnected. Samantha Skinner has created a hostile work environment not only for my sister, a current employee, but also for other staff members. I do not work there myself, but I have witnessed firsthand the ongoing issues. I feel compelled to speak out because Samantha Skinner retaliates against those who confront her unprofessional and inappropriate conduct by cutting their hours and even threatening termination. She displays favoritism towards a select group and has a pattern of yelling, cursing, and even physically aggressive behavior towards employees. Despite attributing some of her behavior to her pregnancy, this mistreatment predates her current pregnancy. Former employees and friends who have worked with her in the past have shared similar negative experiences. Her behavior is akin to that of a high school bully, and her avoidance of responsibilities during my visit to the store further reflects her unsuitability for a managerial role. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed promptly to ensure a safe and respectful workplace for all employees.

The location is incorrect: [redacted] 28th Street SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan [redacted]. This establishment may not be the right choice due to unprofessional behavior. During my visit, the staff engaged in gossip, failed to maintain professionalism, and exhibited strange behavior like repeatedly saying "THAT'S THE ONE." I was also falsely accused of not receiving a drink cup and subjected to unwarranted attention. The staff even gossiped about my political affiliation and racial background, treating me differently based on misinformation. On a previous visit, I received poor service, and on my most recent visit, I believe a staff member took $20 from me. Despite confronting them, they denied it and made me feel like I was wrong. What should have been an $8 meal ended up costing $28. This experience left me feeling targeted and discriminated against due to false information and perceptions.

I am following up on my request for a refund via email and am still awaiting a response. I expect a refund for my recent visit as I did not receive the product, causing a loss of trust in your business operations. Additionally, I suggest implementing employee training to improve professionalism and business practices. I insist on accountability regarding price discrepancies at Taco Bell, as charging different prices than menu options is unethical and fraudulent. If this issue reoccurs, I will consider taking legal action. I have refrained from leaving a negative Google review, hoping for a resolution. However, the lack of communication and failure to address these concerns indicate a disregard for ethical business standards at this location.

Greetings, I would like to lodge a complaint about the service at your Macon, Georgia store located at [redacted] Bass Road, Macon, GA [redacted]. Today, I visited and ordered four frozen drinks, intending them for three small children, one of whom is just one year old. At the drive-thru, I paid for the beverages and inquired about straws for the drinks. A young lady with multi-color braids informed me that it was not her responsibility that they were out of straws, instructing me to remove the lids instead. Subsequently, she abruptly closed the window on me. This behavior was unacceptable, and I urge Corporate to address this particular incident promptly. I ordered through the app, but when my brother arrived to pick it up, most items were out of stock. They substituted some items without asking, even though they didn't have one of the main items I ordered, Cinnabon delights. They didn't offer a refund or any solution for the missing items. Also, the food wasn't ready even though I picked it up an hour after placing the order. Overall, I was very unhappy with how Taco Bell handled this situation. I advise against ordering from this Taco Bell location and recommend avoiding using the app for orders in the future.

My order included a Loaded Taco Fries with added beans and rice, a Nachos BellGrande, a Crunchwrap Supreme, a Taco Party Pack, and an additional Loaded Taco Fries. The total amount paid was $33.56 using my Visa ending in [redacted]. My order number is #[redacted], and I provided the name ClockParrot at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I only got the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Taco Party Pack. The Nachos BellGrande and 2 Loaded Taco Fries were unavailable and not included in my order. The drive-thru staff and manager suggested contacting Taco Bell customer support for a refund since the payment was made online. I am troubled by the poor customer service I received at both your Pleasant Hill and Peach Tree Parkway locations. This is my second unpleasant encounter with Taco Bell's staff. During my first visit to Pleasant Hill, the representative was unkind and unhelpful when I needed assistance with my order. Recently, I placed an online order and encountered more issues when my husband went to pick it up. The staff member insisted he return to the drive-thru, repeating the same information multiple times before finally addressing the problem. Even after presenting the receipt with the confirmation #, the representative displayed a lack of concern and failed to apologize for the inconvenience. This behavior is concerning, especially considering it involves handling food. Taco Bell should prioritize selecting representatives who better reflect its values. The level of customer service I experienced was very disappointing.
