On Saturday, January 9th, I visited store number [redacted] and experienced a frustrating drive-thru encounter. Despite being the only car in line initially, I waited for 10 minutes before an employee took my money and provided a receipt. After three more cars arrived and ordered, I was asked to move to the front for my order to be brought out. Unfortunately, after an additional 15 minutes, I was informed that my order was forgotten. When it finally arrived, it was incorrect - missing an item and containing tomatoes despite my allergy. The tacos were cold and poorly packaged. This disappointing experience, where I waited over 25 minutes for my order and it was still incorrect, has left me dissatisfied. I do not plan to return to this location. Sincerely, Chris G.

I visited the Taco Bell location in Three Fountains three times recently, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The quality of the food was subpar with very little meat on all my items. Even after requesting extra toppings and paying for them, the portions were still smaller than at other Taco Bell restaurants I've visited. When I addressed the order discrepancies, the staff was rude and unhelpful. This last visit was the worst experience I've had with Taco Bell. I don't have receipts from my previous visits, but I have the one from this time. I am considering not returning to this branch. I would appreciate either a refund for this visit or a gift card equivalent to the amount on the receipt. The service and food quality at this specific Taco Bell location need improvement to meet the usual standards I expect from the chain.

I had trouble ordering online for pickup tonight. When I tried to check out after entering my payment info, it kept asking me to log in and then my card details would disappear. I tried the Visa Checkout option, but after setting it up, it went back to the Taco Bell checkout briefly and then charged my card $17.09 even though it showed an error on the screen. I didn't receive an order confirmation email, and when I checked my account, there was no record of the order. When I contacted Taco Bell, they told me to reach out to the website support for help.

I placed a delivery order, but the meals were incorrect and cold. We are hoping to have the food replaced and are willing to pick it up instead of having it delivered. We ordered 2 Fries Box Meals, 2 5-layer Burritos, and a side of Nachos and Cheese. The Fries Box Meals and the Burritos were missing cheese and sour cream, drinks were not included, and there was no side of cheese for the fries. Additionally, the 5-layer burritos lacked cheese and sour cream, and we did not receive the Nachos and Cheese or the sauce packets we requested. We would greatly appreciate it if the order could be remade, and we are willing to pick it up. I visited the Taco Bell on Bradshaw in Rancho Cordova on Jan. 16th at 1:35 a.m. and encountered a long wait in the drive-thru line. Despite waiting over 30 minutes, when I was finally next in line, a staff member informed me they were closed due to technical issues. I returned on Jan. 20th at 1:45 a.m. before their 2:00 a.m. closing time but was turned away again without any explanation at the menu mic. When I approached the window, the employee confirmed they were closed early. This recurring issue of early closures has been frustrating, leading me to drive further to a different location. I have observed inconsistencies between the posted closing time and actual service hours at this Taco Bell, prompting me to consider filing a formal complaint. This experience has led me to prefer other Taco Bell locations due to the repeated inconveniences faced at this specific branch.

I previously wrote about a concern regarding an employee handling both payments and food at Taco Bell. Today's visit was disappointing as I observed the same employee at the window handling payment, adjusting his headset, and packing orders with the same discolored gloves. This practice is unsanitary, especially given the current situation with the coronavirus. Changes need to be implemented as a matter of urgency to ensure public safety. I strongly suggest sending a supervisor to address the lack of quality control and establish better safety measures. Immediate action is imperative, considering health and safety are top priorities. If improvements are not made promptly, I will feel compelled to publicly share my concerns. This particular Taco Bell has been facing ongoing issues with efficiency, staffing, and hygiene. - K.S.

To whom it may concern, I visited store #[redacted] on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville on 1/26/[redacted]. I ordered 2 Chicken Quesadillas with extra creamy Jalapeno sauce and extra chicken. Despite paying for both items, there were issues with my order. While waiting at the window, the cashier left it open and engaged in inappropriate conversations. When I received my order, it was incorrect. The cashier rushed me and when I confronted them, they were unhelpful. The manager also offered a refund instead of resolving the issue. The discrepancy in my order was evident as I always order these items and could tell the weight difference. The manager's response was dismissive, stating they trust their employees over customer complaints. This experience of poor customer service and unprofessionalism has led me to request a refund. I have proof of purchase with the receipt and photos of the incorrect food. This will be my last visit due to the lack of satisfactory resolution and the disrespectful behavior encountered.

I have been a loyal customer at the Pearl River, LA location since it opened. My family dines there multiple times a month. However, I have consistently been disappointed with the lack of toppings on the tacos and specialty menu items. Recently, I ordered two nacho fry bell grande items, and they were mostly empty with hardly any fries. Despite requesting extra meat, the portion was still insufficient. About one-third of the box was vacant. This experience has left me frustrated with this location. I understand the current need to cut back, but as a paying customer, I expect better service. The food lacks presentation and the portions are below the standard I have grown accustomed to over the years. The location should focus on improving the overall quality of their offerings.

I have noticed a recurring issue at the Taco Bell on [redacted] South 84th Street in Papillion, NE [redacted]. The ice machine seems to frequently be out of service, causing inconvenience for customers like me. Over the past six months, this has happened at least six times. During these challenging times, such limited service due to a non-functioning ice machine is unacceptable. It's time for the manager to take action, whether it's replacing the old machine or refraining from selling drinks without ice until it's fixed. Having a more attentive manager could make a significant difference. Despite my loyalty, I feel disappointed by this ongoing problem. While the employees are apologetic, they aren't responsible for managing the store's equipment. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be addressed promptly.

We have been visiting the Taco Bell on Highway 1 in Pacifica for 40 years with our children and grandchildren. Recently, it was transformed into a Cantina, resulting in an increase of prices by 35% to 45%. Despite now serving alcohol, we do not drink, so this change is not beneficial to us. We used to frequent this Taco Bell 3-6 times a month but will no longer do so due to the price hike. The location being by the ocean should not justify such a significant price increase, especially for those of us on social security. Today at Taco Bell location [redacted], I encountered an issue with my order. Due to their new practice of sealing bags with stickers for COVID safety, I was unable to check my order thoroughly at the drive-thru due to having my newborn daughter with me in the car. Upon arriving home, I realized that my order of 3 meals totaling $26.75 was either incorrect or missing items. This left me without the correct food and missing half of my order. Given the circumstances with a teething baby and a hungry family, I couldn’t return to the restaurant to address the issue. I had to prepare an additional meal at home to compensate for the missing items. I am disappointed with this experience as I paid for food I did not receive and what I did receive was incorrect. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.

On February 21, [redacted], at 6:48pm PST, I placed an order at Taco Bell on [redacted] NE 65th St., Vancouver, WA [redacted]. My online order (#9D38680) was a reward, and I also placed an additional order at the drive-through, totaling $35.35 without a receipt. Upon pick up, I noticed multiple staff inside the restaurant and a small line at the drive-through. The online order, a Doritos Locos taco, lacked 5 hot sauces. The drive-through order, consisting of 8 items, 3 sides of nacho cheese, and a Mountain Dew Freeze, was missing the Crunchwrap Supreme ($4.29), the chicken quesadrito ($5.39), and hot sauce. The cashier assured both orders were in the same bag, but upon arrival home, I discovered missing items as I did not receive a receipt for the cash payment. Despite trying to call and being put on hold, no resolution was reached. I hope to hear back regarding the missing items and the service quality at this location, emphasizing the need for accurate orders given the staff volume.

Last night, I placed an order at Taco Bell location [redacted] in Riverside, CA through the drive-thru. I ordered 9 items totaling $24.90. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my Chicken Chipotle Melt was missing, and my Nacho Bellgrande was incomplete without sour cream and tomatoes. I contacted the store and spoke with Hector, who initially suggested I might have overlooked the missing items. After explaining the situation, I was advised to return for a correction. When I revisited the store with my receipt, Hector remade the nachos and provided the missing Chipotle Melt. However, the interaction lacked any apology or acknowledgment of inconvenience. Despite understanding mistakes can occur, the customer service I experienced felt rude and lacking in professionalism. I hope this feedback is addressed with the staff at this location.

I placed an online order through the app for a $10 taco/5 layer box and 2 large freezes. Upon arrival at the restaurant, they informed me that their freeze machine was down and they couldn't provide a refund since I ordered through the app. I've been attempting to contact customer service since Saturday, but the line keeps saying they're closed and disconnects. I've always been a loyal Taco Bell customer, but the recent issues with the app have left me disappointed. This isn't the first problem I've encountered using the app, and unfortunately, it might be my last. I'm seeking a refund for the 2 large freezes that I didn't receive. I am reaching out to report an incident of food poisoning at our local Taco Bell. Around nine months ago, I experienced food poisoning, and last night, my 28-year-old daughter fell severely ill, with symptoms persisting till today. Both cases are linked to the same establishment. My daughter consumed a Taco Bell meal around 6:00 p.m. after not eating since noon. Within half an hour to an hour, she began vomiting and experienced gastrointestinal distress. She had a California Chalupa and a Papitas Crunch. This occurred at the Taco Bell in San Ramon, Alajuela, Costa Rica. Update as of 03/14/[redacted]: My daughter remains unwell four days later. She required a day in the hospital where they administered an IV and medication to address her symptoms. Medical personnel confirmed it was indeed food poisoning. It is my hope that this issue will be investigated further as this was a severe case of food poisoning.

I've unfortunately had a recurring issue with poor service at my local Taco Bell. Despite being accustomed to it, on my recent visit, they forgot one of my son's orders. Upon returning, a girl claimed to be the manager and refused to assist me. After insisting, the actual manager intervened and attempted to rectify the mistake by providing a different item, which unfortunately contained ingredients my son is allergic to. These errors and the discourteous behavior from the self-proclaimed "manager" have left me extremely frustrated. I have noticed that the Taco Bell in Knox, Indiana, consistently has issues with the size and ingredients of their Breakfast Burritos, especially the size. Despite a recent price increase, the quality hasn't improved. Today, March 16th at 9:30 am, my wife and I found our usual burritos to be smaller than what we are used to. We have visited other Taco Bell locations in places like Deland, Florida, and Plymouth and Valparaiso in Indiana without facing similar problems. I've raised my concerns multiple times, but there hasn't been any change since the turnover of employees about a year ago or so. I believe the main issue lies in training for consistency and not with the current employees. I'm not seeking a free coupon; I simply want this issue addressed and resolved. It seems like the problem is intermittent, but this particular location doesn't measure up to others we have visited. Additionally, I find the tray system at this Taco Bell unnecessary and time-consuming.

Hello, I work as a delivery driver with UberEats and recently had a negative experience at the State Street location in Madison, WI. When picking up an order, a front counter person treated me rudely and unprofessionally, despite a minor oversight on my part. The manager dismissed my concern about the employee's behavior, attributing it to being new, which I don't believe justifies poor treatment.
