Tonight I ordered from Taco Bell location ****** in Riverside CA in the drive-thru. My order had a total of * different items totaling $**.**. When I got home and I and unpacked everything I noticed my Chicken Chipotle Melt was missing. I also noticed my Nacho's Bellgrande was not complete-it was missing the sour cream and tomatoes. I called the location and spoke with Hector. He told me the chipotle melt is small and suggested that maybe I 'missed it'. I reassured him it was not in any of the bags and also my nachos were not complete. I was told to come back to the location and my order would be corrected. I came back with my receipt and spoke directly with Hector in the store. He told me "Next time bring the nachos back". He had the nachos remade and provided my chipotle melt. Please understand that after a long days work, I have plenty of better things to do than to drive another ** minutes roundtrip in a weak attempt to defraud a Taco Bell franchise out of a Nachos Bellgrande. The fact of the matter is I paid for all of the items I purchased, and I did not receive everything that I paid for. Hector handed my items without a 'sorry for the mistake' or inconvenience of having to come back for my correct items or offer of any compensation. I find this to be completely rude customer service and in very poor taste. I completely understand that items can be missed in an order, mistakes do happen, but the way I was treated by trying to resolve their mistake was rude and insulting. Please take the time to read my complaint and address this issue with this location staff.
