The issue in GetHuman-tonytj's own words
For the second time, I’ve ordered through the Taco Bell app for pick up and the app tells me “Something went wrong with your order” or something along the lines of that. I still get charged to my card, and I have to try and track down a refund. I’m convinced the app is obsolete being as though, once again, this is the second time this has happened to me. This occurred twice within the same month, last night and two weeks prior to last night. I’m just seeking a refund for my order.

GetHuman-tonytj did not yet indicate what Taco Bell should do to make this right.
