I had a concerning experience with an employee at the Taco Bell located at [redacted] Chiles Road in Davis, CA. Despite the accusation made against me, I have solid alibis that prove I couldn't have been the one involved. When discussing this with the managers, they suggested speaking with the store manager. However, I believe there has been a misunderstanding or false information provided by the crew member in question. I am seeking resolution and appropriate action to be taken regarding this situation. For further communication, please contact me at [redacted] Thank you, B. Monterrubio

The Taco Bell on 23rd Street in Lawrence, Kansas, consistently delays orders in the drive-thru, repeatedly gets orders wrong, and doesn't answer phone calls. Despite its convenient location near my house, the drive-thru wait time is usually over 20 minutes even with no other customers ahead. Today's order, a quesarito and a quesadilla, both had no cheese and the quesadilla wasn't cut. When I tried calling to inform them, they picked up but stayed silent and then abruptly hung up, with subsequent calls going unanswered. This recurring issue suggests a lack of care from the management or staff. Multiple customers experienced similar problems, indicating a systemic issue that needs addressing for a more functional and efficient Taco Bell experience.

I've been experiencing a recurring issue with my Quesaritos at Taco Bell [redacted]. I consistently order two Quesaritos with extra beef and rice, but for the second time, I have received them with minimal meat and barely any rice. Paying extra for less is disappointing, especially when these are a treat for me a few mornings per week. It's frustrating to discover the lack of ingredients halfway down the road. On top of that, when I raised the issue with an employee, they argued with me, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm 53 years old and not fabricating these concerns. I initially reached out without any response, and I hope this matter can be rectified promptly for me and other customers experiencing the same problem. Could you kindly consider sending a couple of coupons for complimentary Quesaritos to make up for the unsatisfactory ones I received? I appreciate the opportunity to share my frustration and acknowledge the usually delicious food. Thank you. - A Disappointed Customer

This is my fifth attempt to place an order at our local Taco Bell. Tonight, the reason given for not taking our order was because we had cash and they preferred us to use the kiosk. Initially, we were told they were short-staffed, then a staff member started taking our order but was stopped by the manager who insisted we use the kiosk or the drive-thru because the kiosk doesn't accept cash. I prefer dining in and relaxing with my meal, so I chose to go inside. This location in Ionia has repeatedly refused us service over the past few months citing various excuses like beef shortages, plumbing issues, employees fighting, or broken cash registers only working in the drive-thru. It's frustrating driving over 11 miles each time to be turned away for reasons that seem illogical. Tonight's experience was particularly disappointing. I want to see this issue addressed - whether by ensuring operational efficiency or making managerial improvements. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Mayra. Yesterday, I experienced an issue at Taco Bell. When I placed my order, the lady at the drive-thru made me repeat it multiple times. Upon reaching the window, I asked if she had my order correct, to which she assured me she did. After paying, I discovered the order was incorrect. When I went inside to rectify the mistake and order what I initially requested, I was charged extra. I am requesting a refund of $5.98, which is the amount I overpaid for the additional tacos that were later removed.

Hello, my name is Mayra. I experienced an issue at Taco Bell yesterday. I had to repeat my order multiple times at the drive-thru. When I asked if my order was correct at the window, I was assured it was. However, when I received my food, it was not what I ordered. Upon going back inside and explaining my usual order, I was charged extra. I am requesting a refund of the extra money I paid, which was $*.**. I regret buying the extra tacos as they were returned. This occurred at the Taco Bell located at [redacted] SE Stark Street, Portland, OR [redacted]. Additionally, they kept my receipt.

We frequently visit the Taco Bell on East Main Street in Spartanburg, S.C. for breakfast, but we are often frustrated by the lack of visible breakfast menuboards. Despite our repeated requests, the staff's response is unfriendly and unhelpful. The service is also slow, as it took 10 minutes to prepare just five sausage breakfast burritos, even with no other customers present. When we asked for contact information for the district manager and store manager, they were uncooperative and directed us to call corporate. We believe these issues should be resolved at the local level. During our last visit, a staff member reluctantly flipped one menuboard around in a rude manner. While the food is enjoyable once we receive it, the overall service leaves much to be desired. The restaurant itself is clean, but the lack of friendliness and efficiency is disappointing.

I have had multiple disappointing experiences at the Taco Bell drive-thru located on [redacted] Veteran's Parkway, Columbus, Georgia in the past two weeks. Despite their advertised 7:00 a.m. opening time, I have visited between 8:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. on four occasions and have not been served. Reasons given included a lack of staff, delays in food truck deliveries, and the store not being open for business even when located in a Circle K Gas Station. This inconsistency is frustrating, especially for customers like myself who rely on quick breakfast options on their way to work. The store's failure to uphold their opening hours is concerning and likely causing them to miss out on significant business during busy morning hours.

I placed a DoorDash order this afternoon. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, I was disappointed to find that half of it was either missing or incorrect. The cheese quesadilla had jalapeƱo sauce despite my request for none, one crunchy taco was missing, the black bean Crunchwrap Supreme was missing, and there was no cheese for the nacho chips. I paid nearly $40 for this order, which included a $6.99 delivery fee. Two people I ordered for didn't get to eat due to the missing items. This has happened before from this particular location, and I'm really frustrated. DoorDash mentioned they will investigate, but I wanted to reach out too. I would appreciate an email response. Thank you. - E. Kelly

I placed an order at the store's kiosks and waited 15 minutes for my food. I approached the lady on the food line to inquire about my order named Tommy. She claimed there was no order for Tommy and carried on with other orders without addressing the issue. Subsequently, the cashier intervened, and I showed them the receipt on my phone. The cashier then involved a lady I assumed to be the manager, who questioned if the food was paid for. After confirming payment, the manager appeared more focused on the money than ensuring we received our clearly paid-for meal. Eventually, after the cashier persisted, they both retreated into the back to resolve the situation. It felt as though the manager prioritized money over customer service.

I recently visited store number [redacted] and ordered a nacho fries box meal that was advertised for $5.00 but rang up as $5.49 (excluding tax). When I questioned this, the manager explained that prices on the cash registers are updated before the new menu boards arrive from corporate. I suggested that even a temporary price change on the board would be helpful. The manager expressed concern about potential repercussions if she took that action. I believe the responsibility lies with the timely delivery of the new menu boards to avoid discrepancies. I have been waiting for a follow-up call for 30 minutes. The online system keeps promising a callback in 4 minutes, but I'm still waiting for any response.

I visited Taco Bell last night on 3/8/[redacted] around 9:30 pm using the drive-thru, and it was the best service I've experienced in a long time. The store in Harlan, KY, had helpful employees who worked together, a clean environment, great service, and my food was perfect. I don't know who the manager is, but they should be proud of their team. I wish I could do more for this store, and I've been recommending it to many people. Since then, I've been telling everyone that this Taco Bell in Harlan, KY, is the cleanest and best restaurant in the area. Thank you very much, and I will definitely be back.

My recent store visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered 10 soft chicken tacos priced at $12 but was charged around $16 for only 6 tacos. When I questioned the staff about the discrepancy, they were unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, when I requested hot sauce, the staff only gave me a total of 6 sauces for my order. Even after asking for more sauce, they only provided 2 extra. The overall service and experience at the Shreveport Barksdale Highway location was subpar. After receiving the food, my guests were unsatisfied and even found the tacos to be lacking in meat. I took photos of the underwhelming tacos and have included them along with the receipt. I am seeking some form of resolution for this issue.

I visited Taco Bell in Avondale, PA earlier today and encountered a very unpleasant situation. I approached the drive-thru and initially spoke to a woman who politely informed me they were out of beef. When I inquired about non-beef options, a man took over and calmly asked for my order. I requested 2 burritos, and when he asked if they should be with beef or chicken, I was confused as I had been told there was no beef. I mentioned this to him, and he suddenly raised his voice at me. This led to a heated exchange, resulting in him refusing to serve me and asking me to leave. I left empty-handed after a 10-minute wait and wasted gas. I don't have the employee's name but I still feel the need to report the incident due to his rude behavior.

This afternoon, around 4 pm on Tuesday, April 14, [redacted], I received my order through the drive-thru window. Despite being assured my entire order was there, I discovered that half of it was missing when I checked the bag. After being given another bag, I moved slightly forward, only to realize the rest of my food was still missing. I had to wait longer in line and when the final item, a Quesadilla melt, was handed to me, the manager quickly dismissed me with a casual remark. The receipt even indicated items that shouldn't have been in my food. The taco shells were torn apart as if they were scraps. I was frustrated to have spent almost $30 on cold Taco Bell that was prepared incorrectly. I usually don't have issues at night at the same location, and my kids have never been disappointed with the night crew. I took pictures, kept the receipt, but was too upset to get the name of the young blonde Caucasian MOD.

I purchased a "make your own taco bar" today at Taco Bell. Despite the advertised price of $25, I was charged $29.99 at the [redacted] E Oakton location in Des Plaines, IL. The cashier insisted on the higher price, even after showing her the advertisement. Due to the inconvenience, I paid the higher amount of $30. I kindly request a refund of $4.99 plus tax. Thank you.

Hello, I am Daniel Cooper, and I am contacting you about my order #[redacted]. Today at 8:25:25 PM, I used DoorDash to order a chicken quesadilla meal with a large drink and a Beef Chalupa Sup. When my delivery arrived, the Beef Chalupa was missing. I called the store, informed the employee about the missing item, and despite it being on my receipt, I was advised to pick it up myself. I requested a refund for the missing item, but the call abruptly ended twice. I tried calling back to speak to a manager, but the calls were not answered properly. The service I received at Taco Bell [redacted], [redacted] N Main St., Nicholasville, KY, [redacted], ([redacted]) was unacceptable and lacked professionalism. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and showed poor customer service.

My order was at [redacted] University Pointe Blvd, Charlotte, NC, on 06/05/[redacted] around 5:30 pm. I'm Kinte. I ordered the $10 box with 4 crunchy tacos and 4 burritos. Sadly, I only received 3 crunchy tacos that were squashed due to heavier items. Initially, they tried to give me my order at the drive-thru although I walked in. I attempted calling the store 7 times in a row, but they haven't answered. Despite a lack of business, the burritos were more like soft tacos with hardly any filling. The pricing has increased compared to decades ago. I expect all items I paid for and better service. It's frustrating to see incomplete tortillas. I will contact them again tomorrow since they are not picking up the phone now.

Store #[redacted]: I placed an order through the app but upon arrival, the staff seemed unaware of it. Despite my bank account being charged, they couldn't locate the order and were unhelpful. The staff member even threatened to involve the police instead of assisting me. I reluctantly reordered, receiving subpar tacos and burritos missing hot sauce. I had to pay twice for unsatisfactory food. The customer service provided by LILIANA was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. Threatening to involve the police over a simple order error was unacceptable, especially given the current climate. This experience was the worst I have ever had at Taco Bell. I was charged $15.28 twice for a meal that wasn't worth it. I have proof of the double charge on my bank statement. The treatment I received was dehumanizing, and the whole incident was distressing, especially with my son present. Taco Bell needs to improve their service, starting with individuals like LILIANA.

I went to Taco Bell on June 5th, [redacted], at [redacted] South Danville Drive in Abilene, Texas [redacted] around 9:55 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 policies, they had changed to drive-thru only and implemented strict sanitizer measures. The food was handed in a sealed bag on a tray, but my order was wrong with lettuce on my tacos even though I requested no lettuce - it was even stated on the receipt. When I tried to get it fixed, an employee was rude and unprofessional. Despite the situation escalating, I was looking for a way to report this incident without further conflict. I believe a public apology and accountability measures, like a monetary compensation, should be offered to address the behavior and ensure such incidents are not repeated by Taco Bell employees globally.
