Ordered at kiosks at store. Waited ** minutes to see what was taking so long. Lady on the food line asked what I needed and when I asked how long until the order for tommy would be ready she said she doesnt have a tommy and continued filling orders and ceased the conversation. The cashier then checked with me after finishing an order and I explained that I have the receipt on my phone. She showed it to the lady on the food line who I have assumed at this point must be the manager, who asked if we paid for the food. The cashier showed her again and the "manager" continued to fill orders seemingly unconcerned. The cashier pressed the issue for me and they both went into the back. The "manager" was more concerned with making sure she got her money than making sure we got our food that was pretty obviously paid for.
