I used to work for a company where I faced unfair work practices. My paychecks were tampered with, overtime was split unfairly, and I didn't receive the correct pay. I also had to endure working with openly racist coworkers in a cold restaurant without heat. I want to know where I can find steps to take action against these injustices. I believe my rights as an American and as a human were violated, as were the rights of my coworkers.

I am worried about the management at the [redacted] South Semoran location in Orlando, Florida. My family member works there, and they are facing issues with being understaffed and overworked. The high turnover rate and lack of break time between shifts are concerning. As a manager in a different business, I find their practices hard to believe.

I placed my order at 11:50 am. There were two cars in the drive-through and one couple in front of us inside. Ten minutes after we ordered, there were maybe 6-7 more people in the restaurant. One employee then locked the doors, not letting anyone else in. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes for our food, which wasn't a large order: a hard shell 3 taco meal, 2 Doritos tacos, and a Crunchwrap Supreme meal. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the Doritos Tacos. I decided not to bring it up to the employees and just left.

Store [redacted] on December 19th, [redacted], at 7:18 PM - An employee, De'Auntre, was heard using foul language while being asked by the manager to do something. The situation escalated when the manager also started using profanity. Disturbingly, there were small children in the store who became upset by the commotion. Multiple employees were heard shouting obscenities at each other, causing at least three customers (including families) to leave and possibly not return. The behavior of both the manager and De'Auntre was inappropriate, leading to a negative experience. This incident has deterred me from visiting this store again.

Store #[redacted] located at [redacted] Colerain Ave in Cincinnati, Ohio had a distressing incident at 7:18 PM. An employee named De'Auntre was overheard arguing with the manager, leading to a heated exchange where both parties used profanity. The situation escalated, causing small children in the store to cry. Multiple customers, some with families, left the store due to the disruptive behavior. The use of inappropriate language was frequent and unprofessional. This experience has deterred me from returning to this store in the future. It is necessary for the management to address and potentially terminate the employees involved to uphold a more professional environment in the store.

I visited your Main St Plymouth branch to place an order, but I couldn't find anyone to help me. It seemed like the staff were preoccupied with social media rather than assisting customers. I believe that customer service should be a priority in any establishment. I doubt that any action will be taken since it appears that customer satisfaction is not a priority for your company. It seems like profit is more important to you. I'm concerned about the quality of your products, especially after hearing about the metal found in your ground beef.

I placed an order for pickup at a nearby Taco Bell. After paying for my order, I went to the drive-thru, but no one answered. I then drove to the window and saw no staff present. I was charged $34 for food I never received, and the restaurant appeared to be open when I checked online.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the Taco Bell in Duncan, Oklahoma. Over the past year, the quality has significantly declined due to poor management and lack of customer service. Three weeks ago, I ordered a 5-layer burrito with specific modifications but it was consistently made incorrectly despite multiple trips back to the store. The manager, a black woman, was rude and unhelpful, blaming me for the mistakes. Recently, my husband faced similar issues with his order being incomplete and incorrect, handled by an employee named Raynelia. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service and demand that the manager be removed while the staff receive proper training in customer service. Unless these issues are addressed, I will ensure that my family and I no longer support this establishment and will share my negative experiences widely.

I had to repeat my order multiple times, and it was still incorrect. The cashier seemed distracted and was laughing while taking my order. This lack of attention led to mistakes in my order. Additionally, the cashier was on her cell phone using the Snapchat app while customers waited, which was unprofessional. Two other workers were giving us unfriendly looks without any cause. Moreover, I was told my gift card had no funds left, even though I knew there was money on it. This experience at Taco Bell was extremely disappointing, and I do not plan on returning due to the poor customer service provided.

While eating my taco, I found a long hair in it, which made me lose my appetite and feel sick. Unfortunately, my kids had already eaten their food, or I would have returned all of it. When I contacted the manager, her rude and unhelpful attitude was disappointing. She only offered to refund the one taco, which didn't seem worth the trouble as it cost more in gas to return it. Unable to eat anything after the incident, I missed out on dinner. I requested a refund or a coupon for my full order, as finding a hair in the food is unacceptable. The manager, Elizabeth, claimed there was no General Manager available and told me to call back on Monday. When I inquired about the timing to speak with the GM, she suddenly changed her stance, claiming to be the GM herself. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. The whole experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied, as I couldn't enjoy my meal and had wasted money on such poor service.

I encountered a frustrating experience at a Taco Bell location. The staff appeared to be untrained and impolite. When placing the order, they repeatedly asked if there was anything else after each item, only to have another staff member ask for the order again later. Additionally, there was confusion during the payment process, with the need to reverse and repeat steps. The food order was incorrect, requiring multiple interactions to resolve the issue. Inside, there was further chaos as staff members argued, adding to the negative experience. My son's assessment of this Taco Bell location was unfortunately accurate, and I believe immediate action is needed to address the service problems at this store.

The Taco Bell located on Al Udied Air Force Base is disappointing. The menu appears outdated, lacking newer items and staple sauces. The overall food quality is mediocre and items often out of stock, leading to a frustrating dining experience. As a dedicated Taco Bell enthusiast who frequents the chain regularly, encountering such challenges at this specific branch is disheartening.

I visited the Taco Bell in Penn Hills Shopping Center on Rodi Road at 9am during the week of 12-16-19 only to find out they don't open until 10am. It's frustrating to see them advertise breakfast while having a later opening time. Additionally, the staff was rude during my visit. I've heard similar complaints from others who tried to go at 7pm and were told the location was closed with the manager using inappropriate language. This is tarnishing the reputation of this location, and it's disappointing not to have access to breakfast when visiting.

My family and I visited the Taco Bell in Wabash, Indiana for a quick supper. Unfortunately, for the past three visits, they have consistently gotten our order wrong without any resolution. During our recent visit, the staff seemed impaired by drugs, making it challenging to place our order accurately. When we tried to have our order corrected, they were unable to function properly and still got it wrong. This particular Taco Bell location has been on a decline for some time, with early closures not aligning with the posted hours, except for holidays. One night, at 8 p.m., we found the dining area closed, and entry was being denied, which was disappointing.

I recently visited the Taco Bell drive-thru at the Ft. Myers, Florida location on [redacted] Summerlin Square Road. Unfortunately, upon ordering, they were out of the Cool Burst drink, lettuce, mild taco sauce, and even tortilla shells, making it impossible to get a burrito. After a long wait in line and at the window, I was asked to pull around to the front for my order. Eventually, it was clear they were understaffed as they closed the lobby. When my order finally arrived, they had forgotten the taco sauce. This experience left me extremely frustrated. How does a taco restaurant run out of tortilla shells? I usually defend Taco Bell to my friends but this visit was disappointing. I hope this feedback reaches someone who can address these issues in the future.

I encountered an issue with a Taco Bell gift card when I tried to place an online order, resulting in a server error and no order confirmation. I then went to the restaurant to order in person, only to find out that my gift card was charged for the online order that never went through. Customer service informed me that the mobile order team couldn't assist until Monday, leaving me without funds for my family's meal. Despite being promised a refund, I was unable to reach customer service due to their closing hours. I am seeking a refund of the amount charged to my gift card and compensation for the inconvenience and hardship caused by this situation. My gift card balance was $15.00 but was reduced to $0.03 after the server error.

I experienced an issue with my online order at the Taco Bell near my school. Initially, it displayed an error prompting me to update my payment information. Upon retrying, I successfully placed the order and set the pickup time to immediate since the location was nearby. Upon arrival, the staff, familiar with my regular patronage, noticed the duplicate order and sought clarification. I explained the situation regarding the error, resulting in them not fulfilling the second order. They suggested pursuing a refund for the duplicate order. Interestingly, I used a T-Mobile Tuesdays offer as I had in the past, and unexpectedly, the offer applied to both orders despite its one-time weekly use policy, indicating a possible system glitch. I am simply looking to receive a refund for the second order as I was unable to cancel it due to the immediate pickup selection and the order not being fulfilled.

I recently tried to make a payment using the mobile app, and although the money was deducted from my Cash App, the location I was at did not receive the payment. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and show all the relevant details, including where I placed the order and where the money went, the staff showed very little understanding or compassion. This order was for my toddler, and despite even hearing my child in the background getting upset because he was hungry, they still refused to serve me. It's disheartening that they ignored the evidence of payment and my child's hunger. This was my last bit of money, and checking my Cash App today, the funds are still missing. I urgently need this resolved.

Yesterday was a rough day for my kids and me. When I saw it was 4:42, I thought it was Happy Hour, so we headed to the new Taco Bell in Rolla, MO for an Electric Blue Raspberry FREEZE. Unfortunately, the freeze machines were down. I bought some cheesy roll-ups and asked if another Taco Bell would honor Happy Hour, but they declined. Despite two different responses from the stores, we left empty-handed and disappointed after spending time and gas. The lack of understanding and rude service left me frustrated. Working in the service industry for two decades, I expected better customer care, especially over a $1 drink 3 minutes after Happy Hour ended. This experience does not make me want to return or spend my money at Taco Bell. I felt this situation was unacceptable on many levels. Disappointed, Thirsty Mom.

A few days ago, I reported an upsetting incident that occurred at the Taco Bell located on [redacted] Nolensville Road in Nashville, TN. I had ordered a Mexican Pizza without beef through the Drive-thru, but when I got home and took a bite, it contained beef. Being a Seventh Day Adventist who does not eat meat, this was distressing. The Customer Service team sent me a coupon for two free items as compensation. However, I was unaware of the specific limitations outlined in the fine print. When I tried to redeem the coupon for two Mexican Pizzas, I was informed it was only valid for a taco and a freeze, which I do not consume. Feeling embarrassed, I chose to leave without making a purchase. This marks my second unpleasant experience with Taco Bell, making me hesitant to return to the establishment.
