This is my second time addressing the same issue with Taco Bell. Previously, I left a message four years ago and received no response. Today, I planned to treat my kids and my sister's family to breakfast at the Hubbard, OH Taco Bell, arriving right at 7:00 a.m. as the sign indicated. However, the store was not open, despite lights being on inside and customers waiting. After several minutes, an employee mentioned car troubles causing a late start, but we were still unable to order. Disappointed, I left without food, impacting my kids and family waiting for breakfast. Additionally, during a previous visit, our order was missing a Doritos Locos Taco we paid for. Though I spent $26 (order number [redacted]), I did not return for the missing item. I want to highlight these repeated disappointments and suggest better service to ensure no one goes hungry next time. Despite these incidents, my family enjoys Taco Bell regularly for its variety of vegetarian options and breakfast menu, which my kids love more than the regular menu items. My husband also frequently spends $10-$15 during his visits. Today was another frustrating experience.

I visited Taco Bell store number [redacted]-[redacted] in Thousand Oaks, CA, today at around 12 p.m. I ordered two orders of chips and cheese, two soft tacos, and two burritos. Unfortunately, the chips were stale, and it felt like my tooth was in danger of breaking due to their quality. When I raised the issue with the manager, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The manager initially dismissed my complaint, insisting the chips were not stale. When I asked for the manager's name to file a complaint, he provided an incorrect name, adding to the poor experience. Even when I requested fresh chips, the manager made minimal effort, showing a lack of customer service and respect. It was a disappointing encounter, and I believe the manager requires retraining or oversight. Contact me at [redacted] if needed.

I reside in Conway, Pa., and have a Taco Bell just a short 2-minute drive from my house. Initially, my family considered trying Uber delivery for dinner but ultimately decided to pick it up ourselves. Despite checking the menu online beforehand, we were surprised upon entering the store to find a significant price discrepancy. The store manager, a polite and professional young lady, clarified that ordering online would have automatically adjusted the price. In our case, the online order total was $37.47, whereas ordering in-store resulted in a price over $47. I found this $10 difference concerning, especially given my disability that limits extra spending. While it didn't cause a scene, I worry that others might react more strongly to such inconsistencies. Improving communication between corporate and the app to ensure consistent pricing and information is crucial. This experience highlights the need for better coordination to prevent customer dissatisfaction in the future. Thank you, D.Q.

I recently placed an order at your establishment on Shady Grove and Belt Line Road in Texas. However, when I got home, I noticed that I was charged for an item that I did not receive. Upon calling, I was informed that the issue would be resolved when I returned to the store. Nevertheless, upon revisiting the store, I was met with a dismissive attitude stating that my name was not on a list. After my wife suggested checking our bank statement, the item was finally given to me. It was disheartening to receive such treatment for a mistake that was made on your end. I value honesty and fairness in transactions, and it was frustrating to be brushed off in such a manner. Money is hard-earned, and it's important to me that transactions are conducted ethically. I hope to hear back with a more satisfactory response.

I was disappointed by the staff's behavior recently. My order was incorrect, so I returned the item along with my receipt, but the staff laughed and refused to remake it, insisting they did it correctly. They asked for the entire bag of food, which seemed unnecessary as I only needed one item fixed. I requested to speak to the manager, but a person claiming to be the manager refused to help and wouldn't provide their name. After my boyfriend returned with the entire bag, they finally remade the item, proving it was wrong from the start. The staff could benefit from more training and professionalism.

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, it's unbelievable. Our order included a Mexican pizza, a grilled stuffed burrito, a burrito supreme, tacos, and a taco salad. Unfortunately, when we reached the window, they said they ran out of meat and could only offer rice or beans for free. We politely asked for an upgrade to chicken or steak due to the wait and the lack of available items. The person closed the window on us without a word and got the manager. When we explained the situation to the manager, he abruptly canceled our order and rudely shut the window. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with their lack of consideration and customer service.

During my time working at Taco Bell, I had an accident on 10/03/[redacted] where I slipped and fell. The manager failed to follow proper procedures by not documenting the incident or sending me to the ER promptly. I have been subjected to harassment and sexual harassment by the management, including invasive behavior in the restroom. Additionally, I believe I've been discriminated against due to my disabilities as my workers' compensation was cut without proper consideration for my doctor's recommendations. This has resulted in serious injuries to my back, hip, pelvic area, and left side with lasting nerve damage. Despite these challenges, I have not received appropriate support from HR, only disrespectful treatment. I am considering taking action in the near future to address this situation.

I visited the Taco Bell located on [redacted] Tom Austin Highway in Springfield, Tennessee [redacted]. After going through the drive-thru and receiving my order, I noticed some items were incorrect. I went inside to have it fixed and had a positive experience. However, upon leaving, an employee named Holly Biggs made inappropriate comments to my friend who was waiting in the car with her children. I addressed this behavior with the manager, who only expressed they could control actions inside the store. I found Holly's demeanor unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering I hadn't engaged with her negatively. The manager's response also left much to be desired as they seemed indifferent to the situation. As someone working in retail myself, I understand the importance of professionalism and customer service, and I believe this situation should have been handled better.

I recently visited Taco Bell in Bremen, Georgia and went through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and when I went back to get the right items, I found the food to be inedible - cold and mushy. The quality of the food has drastically declined at this location, and I am very disappointed. I purchased two Mexican pizza meals totaling $16.03, and neither of them was satisfactory. I will not be returning to this location and would appreciate a full refund for this unpleasant experience.

I visited the Taco Bell in Leesburg, FL around 11:30 AM on 11/17/[redacted]. I ordered two Nacho $5 boxes via the drive-thru. My wife had her meal without problems, but upon eating half of mine, I found what looked like a hypodermic needle, which turned out to be a clear plastic pen. I went back to the store, where staff apologized and refunded me $5.35. This Taco Bell is a regular spot for me, and this incident with the pen has left me distressed and disappointed in their quality assurance. It makes me concerned about what else I might have unknowingly consumed from them. I have photos and receipts available if necessary.

My name is Melissa E. My husband and I have frequented the 90th store in Seattle nearly every day for a year, sometimes multiple times. Despite sleeping in our van with no way to cook, we always order black beans and rice and other items. Frequently, using change prompts poor attitudes and incorrect orders. Despite ongoing issues, the affordability and healthiness kept us coming back. Unfortunately, an incident where a person threw garbage at an employee, wrongly accusing us, led to mistreatment from the manager a week later over a small payment shortfall. Feeling disrespected, I won't return due to the consistent bad treatment from the staff, including being ignored, receiving attitude over water requests, and encountering disrespectful behavior. The lack of respect and maturity from the employees made the store unbearable, resembling a high school atmosphere. After trying to address the issues without success, I was left feeling humiliated and dehumanized, prompting me not to return and discourage others from visiting. The lack of professionalism and disrespect at this store is shocking and unacceptable.

I purchased two chicken power bowls and two Burrito Supremes on Monday, 11-18-[redacted] in Brookville, Ohio. I made sure to ask the manager to include all ingredients as my previous orders were missing items. She assured me it would be taken care of. However, upon checking my order at home, I discovered that one of the power bowls was missing chicken. My wife unknowingly ate it without realizing the error. Later, my daughter ate the burritos, and when I went to warm up my power bowl the next day, I found it was also missing ingredients, including the chicken. I paid over $22 for these items and am disappointed with the inconsistency in my orders. I would like a refund or a remake of my order with proper supervision. I can return the incomplete power bowl if needed. This experience has been frustrating, especially since I only visited the Brookville location due to the Eaton store being closed for renovations. I hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you.

On November 13th, I visited the Taco Bell in Boynton Beach, FL. Typically, I go to the one closer to my house in Delray Beach. At the Boynton Beach location, I ordered 10 beef burritos and asked about any special deals, including the taco/burrito pack. The cashier, Mo, said there weren't any deals available. To my surprise, the receipt showed additional charges for extra beef, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. Despite purchasing the taco party pack, I was displeased with the pricing discrepancies. Upon returning from a business trip, I discovered a missed call from the store on the 15th, but they didn't leave a name. After contacting them, they were unable to assist me. The total for my order on the 13th was $54.23, which also included 2 guacamoles. I inquired about a senior citizen discount but was informed they don't offer one, although the Delray Beach store does. I am unhappy with the high bill. My name is Nancy Hoffmann.

I visited the Taco Bell at [redacted] N Stemmons Frwy in Dallas, TX around 9:15-9:20 pm. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no jalapeno sauce and a chicken quesarito with grilled chicken, along with a Frito burrito. Despite confirming my changes multiple times with the drive-thru operator, I found mistakes in my order. The quesadilla had shredded chicken instead of grilled and unknown sauce, and the quesarito had shredded chicken, little rice, and excess sauce despite my request for grilled chicken. I am disappointed by the consistent errors I encounter at various Taco Bell locations. I am requesting a refund and seeking assurance that steps will be taken to address these ongoing issues with accuracy in fulfilling drive-thru orders.

I have been frequenting Taco Bell three times per week for a year, but unfortunately, they have consistently gotten my order wrong each time. This has resulted in them overcharging me by at least $5 a week, amounting to quite a sum over 52 weeks. My usual order comprises three soft tacos without lettuce and a Steak Chalupa Supreme minus the sauce on the steak. However, on one occasion, the person preparing the order omitted the steak entirely from my Chalupa Supreme, which was quite frustrating. You would think they would question why someone would request the steak to be removed if they were to just leave it out entirely. It seems that both the order taker and the preparer made mistakes in this instance.

The company's disregard for offensive and illegal practices is troubling. Many articles highlight the deceptive nature of charities seeking donations at the register, which can be misleading and possibly tied to the same individuals running the charity. This could lead to unethical behavior, harassment, and potential legal issues. To avoid confrontation, I have opted to no longer patronize Taco Bell. It's disappointing that the company does not value their customers' rights or well-being.

I ordered takeout from Taco Bell in Lexington, SC, scheduled for 8 p.m. My order included a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Crunchy Roll combo. However, upon arrival, the staff seemed preoccupied with their phones, and when we received our order, it was incorrect and the food was cold. Additionally, our drinks were missing. This marks the second time this has happened, and it appears to be a common issue. I am disappointed as I did not receive the items I paid for either time. I request a refund to address this recurring problem.

I used to eat at Taco Bell about 5 times a week for the past year, but I've had enough. The soda machine at my local store doesn't carbonate the drinks, the bathroom has leaking plumbing, and the A.C. is dripping near the dining area. The prices have also gone up by about $1.50 per meal compared to last year. Moreover, the wifi doesn't work, and staff seem unaware or indifferent to fixing it. The Taco Bell app is often malfunctioning too. On top of all this, my recent online order had to be picked up through the drive-thru only. I think I'll be heading to Burger King instead. Just wanted to let you know, this is at the Indiantown Road store in Jupiter. Everyone is nice there, but the store seems to have multiple issues and the prices are getting too high.

On December 14, [redacted], I made a mobile order at Taco Bell located at [redacted] Torch Street, Grand Ledge, MI [redacted], with order # [redacted]. Despite selecting drive-thru pick-up, I faced a long wait as the line was very busy. When I entered the store at 2:15 pm, there was a further delay of 30 minutes to receive my food. I was informed that my initial order was given to someone else and had to be remade. I was promised a refund and my order. Upon receiving my order, I found missing items. Despite politely addressing the issue with the cashier and asking for the manager, I was directed to request a refund through the mobile app. Unfortunately, I never received the refund and my order remained incomplete after waiting for an hour. I am seeking assistance to obtain a refund for this problematic order.
