I went to taco bell store number ***-*** in thousand oaks ca when I was there today around ** p.m. I ordered two orders of chips and cheese and two soft tacos and two burritos and the chips were absolutely horrible and stale and I felt like my tooth was about to break that's how bad it was I went and complained or spoke to the manager the manager looked at me with I don't care look on his face and proceeded to go onto doing his business then I said excuse me sir and he looks at me and said yes I said did you not hear what I just said I said can you please replace what I just ordered because it's stale and I felt like I almost broke my tooth on it and he proceeded to say that they were not stale that I was wrong and at first and I went to replace it at all so after that occurred I said who is your manager and he said you're speaking to him when I asked for his name to the make a complaint he gave me the wrong name so I don't know if his name is Alex or Allen after I saw him visually as well not even replace my chips all he did was add a couple from from the same batch so they were still stale and was just very rude to me I asked for his name he ignored me wouldnt give me his name I had to ask another employee what his name was I just want something to be done maybe someone to talk to him retrain him I don't even care about getting food that would be nice considering when I went up there to ask for a different or new batch of chips cheese all he did was like I said to grab whatever he could and put it on a dirty tray when I told him this is what you call customer service he said I gave you chips didn't I so anything would be nice and somebody really need to talk to him that would be the greatest thing possible I've literally never been so disrespected in any fast food restaurant ** years of experience if you have any questions please call me at **********. And I spent well over $**
