I ordered my food with no lettuce or tomato. When I got home, everything had lettuce and tomato! It was a huge inconvenience. I used Uber to go to Taco Bell, spending my last bit of money to satisfy my hunger. I've been calling the local Taco Bell's phone number for over 20 hours without any answer. How can I get my correct order that I paid for? The service is incredibly poor! I've never experienced such an issue just to get my food. Tonight, I visited Taco Bell located at 1:09 Olympia Park Road in Grass Valley, California. I placed an order for one Toasted Cheddar Chalupa and one Spicy Beef Potato Soft Taco at 11:05 p.m. The drive-thru attendant quoted me a total of $4.54, but when I reached the payment window, I was informed it was actually $4.64. I noticed a sign advising customers to call a number if there were discrepancies in the order total, but when I tried calling, the number was out of service. The woman at the window seemed more concerned about potential complaints than resolving the payment issue. I waited in my car for approximately six minutes, feeling disappointed by the situation.

My spouse and I visited a local Taco Bell and brought our food home. I discovered a hard plastic knot the size of a quarter, likely from the chicken in my burrito, which hurt my tooth as I bit into it. I returned to the restaurant that night and showed the manager, who took the item to show the upper management. A lady was dismissive, offering $20 or a different burrito. I recorded the encounter as proof. The issue was unresolved at the store. When I contacted Taco Bell's customer service, they promised to follow up in 2 days but didn't. After an email, I spoke to Alejandra who offered a $25 gift card to settle. I insisted on speaking to someone higher. Nancy Smith, a supervisor, repeated the offer and hung up when I wanted further escalation. Taco Bell needs to address this serious safety issue promptly.

I placed a mobile order, but it was delayed by 28 minutes past the pickup time. The reason given was that they had to cook beans and rice since they had run out. While I was told most of my order was ready, the taco salads, soft tacos, and toasted cheddar chalupa were no longer good once the bean burritos were prepared. The taco salads were soggy, the soft tacos had stuck to the paper wrapper, and even the bean burritos were not accurately made. On September 30th, [redacted], I visited store #[redacted] and ordered 2 Toasted Chalupa Boxes and 1 Toasted Chalupa on the side. After my daughter and grandson ate the boxes, my grandson started feeling sick and they both were sick all night and the next day. I had to take them to urgent care where it was confirmed they had food poisoning. The only thing they ate that I didn't was the crunchy tacos that came in their box. This isn't the first time they got sick from this restaurant, but it was the worst. I want the staff to be retrained on food handling. I called and reported this on October 1st, [redacted]. On the evening of September 1st, [redacted], at 9:35 pm, I visited Taco Bell. I noticed some employees eating on the food preparation line, with one staff member not wearing the correct uniform or gloves while handling the food. My order of 6 tacos was unsatisfactory as they were filled with very little meat and barely any lettuce, with no cheese. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location; previously, I received food without real tomatoes and even found hair in my meal. I hope your company addresses this situation promptly. If not, I will escalate the matter to the main corporation and consider legal action. I have photographic evidence of the subpar tacos I received from the Taco Bell at [redacted] Market Place Drive, Maryville, TN, [redacted]. Additionally, when I inquired about glove usage, one employee rudely told me to be quiet and take my food. This response was unacceptable. It's worth noting that I worked at Taco Bell from [redacted] to [redacted].

I recently visited the Taco Bell on Dial Drive in Council Bluffs, Iowa, a restaurant I frequent often. In the past week, I've visited seven times, and although there have been slight issues before, I understand mistakes happen. Today's visit, however, was particularly disappointing. I placed my order online as usual and waited for it at the designated spot, but the cashier ignored me and served other customers without acknowledging my presence. Despite being patient, the cashier seemed to avoid me intentionally. When I reminded him about my online order, he retrieved it without a word and seemed reluctant to provide my drinks. He conversed with other customers but not with me, leaving me feeling discriminated against and unappreciated. To top it off, they even forgot one of my food items. If this situation isn't addressed appropriately, I may have to reconsider my loyalty to this establishment, which would be disappointing for me.

Today, I wanted to share my experience at Taco Bell on Adams Avenue in Temple, Texas [redacted]. Overall, the service, food, and people were great. However, I was disappointed to overhear a cashier mentioning that they had stopped selling the grilled stuff burrito. I was charged twice for two separate orders. I requested to speak with the manager, Javier, who informed me that I need to wait 5 business days and then follow up with a call to have the extra charge refunded due to computer problems. I am puzzled why the money cannot be returned immediately. I have the original receipt from my purchase. How did the additional charge end up on my account? I recently visited my local Taco Bell in Woodbury, TN, which usually closes at midnight. However, when I arrived around 11:35 PM, I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes without receiving any response. I then tried to place an order online after parking. Eventually, at 11:50 PM, I called the store and was informed that they are now closing at 11 PM every day of the week. I'm wondering if this change is specific to this location or if it applies to all Taco Bells. It would have been helpful to have received some sort of warning or seen an announcement posted, as I would have just gone home instead of inconveniencing an employee who was trying to close up. I appreciate any information on this matter.

I created a Taco Bell account a few months ago, but I no longer eat there due to inconvenience and food quality issues. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to successfully unsubscribe from their emails. Clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in their emails has not stopped them from sending me messages. Unfortunately, Taco Bell does not provide an option for customers to delete their accounts online, which is frustrating.

I recently visited the Taco Bell at [redacted] Gus Thomasson Rd in Mesquite, Texas. I used the drive-thru and ordered two tacos and a sunset freeze. My total came to $4.62. While waiting in line, I counted the money. When I reached the window, I gave the exact change, but received a Coke instead of the freeze I ordered. After requesting a Skittle freeze due to the original item not being available, I was told it would cost an additional dollar. I explained the discrepancy in price, emphasizing it was not my mistake but the order taker's error. Despite working in customer service and stressing the importance of good service, both the employee and manager failed to acknowledge the error. I received no resolution and requested a refund. I am disappointed with the customer service at this location and will not return to any Taco Bell in the future.

On Monday, I placed a $20 order on the app around 3:30 p.m. for pickup. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I identified myself, and they asked me to move forward. Despite no other customers in line or inside the restaurant, I had to wait several minutes at the window. When I got home, I discovered my order was incorrect. Notably, the 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunches, which were the main and most expensive part of my order, were missing. Additionally, the spicy tostada lacked the spicy sauce I had requested. I promptly emailed Taco Bell that evening around 4 p.m. I anticipated a response by the following day, but it has now been 2 days with no communication from them. I was initially disappointed by the restaurant's service, but I am even more dismayed by the lack of customer service I have experienced from the company.

I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru today, and I experienced some disappointing service. The person at the window overfilled our drinks, causing the drinks to spill everywhere. Even though there was no one else in the drive-thru, the employee used their bare hand to clean it up and handed us our drinks. After waiting for 10 minutes, we got home and found the bean burritos to be dry and unappetizing, with hard beans and a lack of sauce and cheese. The Mexican pizza was just as bad. I'm not seeking a refund, as I have always loved Taco Bell, but the Guntersville store is the worst I've been to. Despite living in Guntersville, I visit the store sparingly hoping for better service, but each time it's the same or worse. The rude service and poor quality of food have led me to stop visiting.

I placed Order [redacted] at [redacted] E Nifong Blvd, Columbia, MO [redacted]. When I arrived, the order was not ready, and the manager said there was no order. After going back home for verification and returning with proof, the order was finally prepared. The service was extremely disappointing. The person at the counter, Webster, who claimed to be the manager, was unapologetic about the delays and took a long time to verify the order. This experience does not meet the expected level of service from a reputed brand like Taco Bell. I am very disappointed and will not order from Taco Bell again unless this issue is addressed appropriately.

I recently visited the drive-thru in Canyon, TX, and encountered a disappointing experience. I was further disheartened when one worker mentioned they were facing issues in the back, which felt unprofessional. Despite feeling frustrated by the poor service, I chose not to escalate the situation. The staff's indifference and rudeness, coupled with the apparent lack of initiative, have left me with no desire to return to the Canyon, TX Taco Bell location.

I visited the drive-thru and ordered ten items. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, my order was missing a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Upon contacting the store, I was informed that I could come back within 48 hours to receive a replacement Gordita. I expressed my preference for a refund since I might not be able to return promptly and may not feel like eating it later. Regrettably, I was told refunds were not an option, and the only resolution was to provide another Gordita. Despite reiterating my concerns, I was met with the same response. The conversation concluded with no alternative offered. I am disappointed that there was no flexibility in providing a refund or even a future use coupon. I recently visited the store in Venice, Florida and accidentally left my cover-up behind. When I returned within two hours to retrieve it, BRENDA informed me that she had thrown it away, likely in the dumpster by now. I was shocked that she didn't place it in the "lost and found." This incident has left me extremely upset. I am requesting Corporate to either provide proper training for staff or compensate me for my lost item. Yesterday, I went to the nearby Taco Bell, a place I visit regularly for the past two years, at least twice a week. I always order the same thing and interact with the same friendly staff. However, on this occasion, the manager insisted I use the video order kiosk, which I declined. When I asked for a human order-taker, the manager's attitude changed for the worse. Despite my simple request to place my usual order with a person, he became rude. I managed to find out his name, "Ray," while the other employees seemed uncomfortable. It appeared like he might be a district manager, as the staff seemed intimidated. This manager/ franchise owner's behavior was extremely poor, and after being a loyal customer who spent over $1K there last year, I am now hesitant to ever return due to this negative experience.

I made a purchase on the app. However, when I tried to pay, it prompted me to update my password. After doing so, my cart was emptied, so I had to add everything back in. The total at checkout showed $17, but I was actually charged almost $40 for two orders. Despite explaining the situation at the Taco Bell location, they couldn't help. I asked them not to double my order, but they did anyway. The manager was unhelpful and even rude when I raised my concerns about wasting food. I am dissatisfied with this experience and would like a refund. Additionally, I find the app's functionality to be poor.
