I visited the Taco Bell at [redacted] East Broadway in Louisville, Kentucky on July 20, [redacted] at 1:40 am. I placed an order for nachos, 3 shredded chicken tacos, 1 Nacho Cheese DLT, and 1 Spicy Potato Soft Taco, totaling $11.93. Upon checking my order at my hotel, I received a taco, a burrito, fries with cheese and jalapeƱos instead. I called the store and was informed that I needed to return the incorrect food for a refund. Upon returning the items and receipt at 11 am, the new manager said he couldn't process a refund and could only give me the correct food items. Despite my request for a refund due to the inconvenience of having to purchase additional food and the unprofessional service, the manager was unable to assist. I am disappointed by the unfriendly and unprofessional experience I encountered during my visit.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Taco Bell in Marion, Ohio. Last night, I ordered two $5 boxes with Tuesday quesadillas, hoping for chicken chalupa boxes but received regular ones instead. Additionally, the two large fountain drinks were incorrect. To make matters worse, I didn't receive a receipt, so I couldn't even call to complain. The thought of having to return to the store to fix my order without proof of purchase was frustrating. When I did attempt to call, no one answered my calls. This entire experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.

I'm Jeremie D. and I visited your location at [redacted] Se. Division in Portland, Oregon. The service was terrible. I spent 47 minutes in the drive-thru and another 10 at the window with the crew goofing off. When I got home, I saw I was charged $14.87 for food I only received half of and some extras I didn't even order. I was so hungry I ate a few bites and gave the rest to my roommates. I'm asking for an apology and a refund. I ordered 2 chipotle chicken grilled (not received), 2 potato soft tacos (got one), nacho box (fries were bad), 2 chalupas (received but not ordered), Crunchwrap (ordered but not received), and 2 Gordita crunches (not ordered). Please improve your customer service and food quality. Date of visit: 7/26/[redacted]. Order number: [redacted]. Cashier: Samuel H.

I frequent my local Taco Bell, but recently the burritos I ordered have been increasingly sparse on filling. Today, after purchasing three burritos, I found them to be mainly tortilla with very little filling inside. The contents were poorly distributed, leading to each bite being just a mouthful of one ingredient. I felt disappointed as I paid for less than what I usually receive. The staff member at the drive-thru explained they have specific portion sizes and couldn't make any adjustments. Upon returning home, I discovered cheese in two of the burritos, which is a recurring problem at this location. I have a dairy allergy and specifically requested no cheese, but it seems this store adds cheese to their pico de gallo by default. The drive-thru attendant's unhelpful and dismissive attitude only added to the frustration. I may need to seek out another Taco Bell or even try a different local Tex-Mex spot due to the declining quality at this Sand Springs, Oklahoma location. I hope this issue can be addressed and resolved promptly. Thank you.

I waited in line for over 45 minutes only to receive the wrong order. My kids were starving and I spent $45, but all I got was two bags of soft and hard tacos, and one quarter-filled nacho fry box with soggy fries. This experience was disappointing, especially since I am a frequent Taco Bell customer. I have been trying to contact the Hudson and Gastonia Taco Bell locations for 3 days, but no one answers the phone; it just goes to voicemail. This level of service is unacceptable.

I contacted a customer service representative on Thursday, August 1, [redacted], about the unsanitary conditions at the Taco Bell in Marietta, Ohio and what I observed in the kitchen. The representative mentioned that I would hear back within a few days, but I have not received any follow-up yet. Today, I plan to visit the location again, and if the cleanliness issues persist, I am prepared to reach out to the health department to address this matter. After experiencing stomach problems following a visit there with my sister, we have decided not to dine there again. I am eagerly awaiting a response regarding my initial report and action to be taken to address the cleanliness concerns.

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell in East Peoria, Illinois. Tonight, I went in with my son to order dinner. I requested two #3 soft shell tacos with only meat, cheese, and sour cream. Despite my clear instructions, the employee couldn't get my order right, repeatedly adding sour cream to my tacos. After asking for the order to be corrected, another employee stepped in, and the situation escalated with additional staff members and a manager getting involved. A customer behind me even made a comment, then the manager asked me to leave for calling her employees stupid. Feeling scared, I left and was shocked by the whole ordeal. The manager even described my car to the police as I left. This whole incident, with my special needs son present, was distressing. I believe customers should not be yelled at, and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. This experience has left me appalled, and I will not be returning to that Taco Bell location. I expressed my concerns to an officer at Moes Southwest grille later. Despite this, I still have a soft spot for Taco Bell as I once worked at the Pekin store. Signed, a highly dissatisfied customer.

On Saturday, August 16th, I purchased a Taco Twelve Pack Doritos Tacos from my local KFC-Taco Bell. When I got home and sat down with my family to eat, the tacos tasted like cleaning chemicals. I didn't finish one taco and tried another, but it had the same chemical taste. Even my mother mentioned her taco didn't taste right. I then checked all 12 tacos and found every shell had an awful taste, while the other ingredients seemed fine. I've been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for over 20 years, and since the nearest restaurant is quite far from my rural area, it's a special treat for my family. I didn't complain at the restaurant because I prefer not to criticize publicly, but I wanted to express my dissatisfaction. I have pictures of the receipts and tacos if necessary. I hope this one bad experience doesn't change my love for Taco Bell, so I would appreciate it if you could address this matter. Thank you.

I recently visited your Taco Bell location and experienced a disappointing situation. My wife and I were interested in purchasing the taco 12 pack (now known as the party pack) with 12 crunchy or soft tacos for $14.99. Despite the sign indicating this price, the drive-through employee insisted it was $17.99. After showing them a picture of the sign, we were treated poorly, accused of lying, and the manager was unhelpful and rude. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge the discrepancy in pricing, but they also displayed unprofessional behavior towards us. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and utterly disappointed. Additionally, I have consistently received incorrect orders at this particular Taco Bell location. I hope to see improvements in the service quality at your restaurant, as this encounter was unacceptable. Thank you for addressing this matter seriously, without merely offering small gift cards as compensation.

I visited Taco Bell in Erwin, TN on Jonbo Highway last week. The employee at the window with reddish hair was initially nice, but then closed the window while I waited for my food. The drive-thru had a long line, taking over 15 minutes. During this time, the employees were talking instead of being productive. The girl with short black hair stared and giggled at me. When she handed me my order, she shoved the bag in my face and slammed the door, displaying unprofessional behavior and a hateful attitude. Working in customer service myself at a bank, I found this very rude. I plan to speak to the management about this experience. The service was slow, and the staff did not appear to assist each other efficiently. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. I expect better treatment as a customer. Thank you and have a good day!

I received the incorrect menu item and was charged too much. My usual order of a shredded chicken burrito supreme was mixed up as it contained beans, which I dislike. Upon checking the receipt, I noticed the item rang up as "Bf Supreme Bur, Sb from Bf to SChk," clearly not what I ordered, and more expensive. I want a refund for this mistake, especially since it included an ingredient I cannot stomach. This incident happened at Taco Bell [redacted] in Frisco. The order number is [redacted] made today, handled by the cashier Jeremy H. I hope the staff receives training on the menu to avoid such errors in the future.

I am trying to find the right contact to address the closure of a store in my small town of Holdenville, Oklahoma. We recently received news that the local Taco Mayo will be closing due to company cutbacks. Seminole, a town nearby, is facing a similar situation with their Taco Mayo, but luckily they have a thriving Taco Bell as well. I believe introducing a Taco Bell, or perhaps a KFC, in Holdenville would greatly benefit the community. While I cannot personally take on the responsibility of managing such a venture, I hope the corporate office of Taco Bell could explore this opportunity. With the upcoming vacancy left by Taco Mayo, the infrastructure is readily available. I understand this is a bold request, but I kindly ask for assistance in getting this message across to the appropriate individuals who could potentially make this idea a reality. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide in this matter. Holdenville would greatly appreciate it.

Tonight, my family ordered food and waited in line for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't receive one item - a Mexican pizza. After informing the staff at the window, I was instructed to drive around the drive thru to wait for the missing food. I expressed my frustration at having to wait again, but the staff insisted I join the long line of cars. When I refused and requested the missing item brought out to me, I was informed this couldn't be done. Despite being offered a refund, I was told I needed to return the food first due to policy changes. Feeling disgusted and upset by the situation, I decided to leave without the missing item. This occurred at the C.R. 17 store in Elkhart, Indiana.

My son recently placed an order for a Breakfast Crunchwrap Combo at the Taco Bell located at [redacted] S Route 59 in Plainfield, IL [redacted] through the app. Despite paying $5.52 for the order, upon arrival, the staff advised us that this location does not serve breakfast items. When I inquired about canceling the order and obtaining a refund, the staff was unhelpful and somewhat impolite. The order number is [redacted], with a total of $5.52 and the last four digits of the credit card used being [redacted]. I am seeking guidance on how to secure a refund for this order. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if Taco Bell could address the discrepancy between the app/menu and what is actually available at specific store locations to prevent similar occurrences for future customers. A system ensuring that orders reflect the store's offerings accurately would be extremely beneficial for Taco Bell patrons, avoiding the frustration experienced during this instance.

I placed an order last night through the app around 10:30, but I was extremely disappointed with the food I received. The order was completely incorrect, and the one item that was right was so stale that it was inedible. I ordered 3 Nacho Grande boxes; in the first one, the toppings were wrong, and the drink was flavorless, only carbonated. The second box had incorrect toppings and meat instead of being meatless for a vegetarian, and the drink was also wrong. The toppings in the third box were completely wrong, half the cheese was stuck under the wrapper, and there were burnt potatoes inside even though we didn't order any. The chips were not chips but crumbs, making the whole order inedible and requiring a spoon to eat. I am requesting a refund of $28 for the entire order due to this disappointing experience. I couldn't return the food that night because of my long workday and living 25 minutes away from Taco Bell.

I need to report the working and sanitary conditions at a Taco Bell in Overland Park, Kansas. The store has multiple managers, but with one hospitalized, another was forced to close for the entire week. Unfortunately, the RGM neglects cleaning the floors, leading to a messy work area. She prioritizes speed over food quality, often resulting in under-portioned or improperly prepared items. Furthermore, the RGM fails to follow opening and closing procedures, neglecting to count down money. She also pressures employees to cover shifts and allows her friends to slack off on the job. This creates an uncomfortable environment where staff are seen eating, drinking, and using phones in front of customers without changing their gloves. This situation needs to be addressed promptly.

I had a poor experience with my recent mobile order at the Taco Bell on [redacted] University Ave in Oxford, MS. I placed the order on Tuesday, September 10th at 7:38 pm, with order number [redacted]. I ordered 2 triple double crunchwrap boxes and 2 cherry sunset freezes for a date night. Unfortunately, both boxes were wet and covered in sauce, which leaked onto my clothes and car seats. The tacos were cold, cinnamon twists were stale, and freezes had melted into a syrupy drink. I had to throw everything away. This was a waste of money and highly disappointing for a date with my spouse. I've been a regular customer with no previous issues, but this experience was unacceptable. I request my order to be redone correctly. Please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After 45 minutes of trying to access your ordering website, I visited your store located at [redacted] Carbon City Road, Morganton, NC [redacted] today. I was disappointed with the service received. Despite ordering two box meals, the employees did not provide proper attention as we had to ask for drink cups multiple times. No words were exchanged with us except for my wife's name. The team member handling our order seemed indifferent, leading to an unpleasant experience. Additionally, witnessing an employee touching the register without any visible handwashing raised concerns about food safety. Spending $21 on the meal, the lack of a receipt left me unsure if the order was accurate. This visit, on September 21, [redacted], has left me extremely dissatisfied, considering the cost in relation to my hourly wage. While I do enjoy the food, the poor service may deter me from returning unless improved measures are taken, including providing receipts and better customer care. - M. L. Hart

I encountered issues while trying to place an order on the app I regularly use. Initially unable to log in, I proceeded as a guest using the email [redacted] Opting to order from the closest location, the first attempt seemed successful but I lost connection when trying to track it. After facing the same issue at the other nearby location, I ended up placing multiple orders that caused confusion. Despite only receiving one order, I was charged for all four. I had to visit the locations and deal with cancelling the extra orders in person, which was frustrating. I hope to receive a refund for the orders that were not fulfilled. It has been quite a hassle sorting through these complications that should have been straightforward.

I had an unsettling experience at Taco Bell and I am writing to express my disappointment. While making a purchase, there was a discrepancy in the change I received. I have proof of payment and believe I was shortchanged by the cashier at the location on [redacted] E Craig Rd in Las Vegas, Nevada [redacted]. I am concerned about possible theft by the cashier and lack of proper management oversight in handling the situation. Despite raising the issue, I received minimal compensation in the form of a coupon for a free taco, which does not adequately address the issue at hand. I am troubled by the overall lack of accountability and would like this matter to be thoroughly investigated further beyond just an email reply. Your prompt attention to this matter and a more satisfactory resolution would be greatly appreciated. T.K.
