I waited in the drive-thru for over an hour. Before ordering, we waited 30 minutes. When we got to the speaker, they said another 25 minutes. With no way to leave due to the full drive-thru, we were stuck in line on a busy Friday night. At the window, we found out there were only 3 employees working. We waited another 20 minutes as we saw 2 of the 3 employees chatting with each other. They could have given us our drinks or something while we waited. We had our hungry 3-year-old daughter and our hungry 16-year-old daughter waiting at home. When we received our food, we had to ask for napkins, sauce, and a fork. We spent $24.93. I would like a refund or coupons equal to the amount spent. Our recent experiences have been disappointing with long wait times, short-staffed situations, rude staff, incorrect orders, and missing food. We have been loyal customers but will be sharing this on social media.

I ordered a 12-pack of Supreme tacos but received taco shells and lettuce instead. I am disappointed with the response from the manager. I live about 45 minutes away from the store, and being wheelchair-bound makes it challenging to return items easily. The manager, Justin G., seemed unconcerned about the mistake and insisted I bring back the order for inspection. The situation was handled poorly, and I am unsatisfied with how it was resolved. I just want to receive what I paid for. The total order came close to $40 and also included a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and Combo Burrito.

After taking my grandson to Taco Bell on route 9 in Queensbury, NY on Monday night, I realized I left my pocketbook hanging on a chair. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day to retrieve it, I discovered that $[redacted] in cash was missing. The staff confirmed they had found my bag shortly after I left the previous day. The police suspect an employee may have taken the money, and they are currently investigating the matter. I can only hope that whoever took the money needed it more than I did, maybe for their family and not for personal reasons. It's a tough situation, but I remain hopeful that the truth will come to light, possibly through security footage.

After my grandson's visit to Taco Bell on Route 9 in Queensbury, NY, Monday night, I discovered I had left my pocketbook behind due to lingering effects from my stroke. Despite contacting the restaurant promptly the next morning, I found $[redacted] missing from it upon retrieval. The incident occurred between 6:20 pm and 6:50 pm when an employee found the bag, and the police suspect internal theft. I am hopeful that security footage will shed light on the situation. It's disheartening to think that someone may have taken advantage of my forgetfulness and vulnerability.

After attending a family wedding, my brother and I opted to stop at Taco Bell on the way home to avoid cooking late at night. Despite a long line of 12 cars in the drive-thru, we decided to wait. However, after waiting for 30 minutes and returning home, my entire order was missing. Feeling hungry, exhausted, and frustrated for losing $10, I didn't have the energy to drive back and endure another long wait to correct the mistake. This isn't the first time I've faced this issue at the Post Falls Taco Bell, but it was certainly the most disheartening. I wish they could improve their service and simply provide customers with the correct food they paid for.

I have enjoyed Taco Bell taco salads for many years, but I am disappointed with recent changes. Previously, the salad used to fill the taco shell generously, but now the portion size has significantly decreased. I was unhappy when rice was added as a substitute for beef, as I prefer the original meat option and do not enjoy the texture of rice in my salad. Despite the additional charge for extra beef, I have observed that the salad has become smaller over time, with minimal lettuce and tomato. Today, I was shocked to receive my salad in a flimsy paper box instead of the usual sturdy container, causing inconvenience as the box started to collapse while carrying it. The actual amount of salad inside was disappointingly small, not meeting my expectations. I hope Taco Bell can address these changes and return to offering the quality and quantity that made their taco salads a healthy and satisfying choice.

After placing an app order, I encountered a message stating there was an issue, and I had to visit the store for assistance. It took them 10 minutes to locate my order, but it was incorrect when I got home. Upon contacting the manager, Kristina, she insisted I return for a refund, despite having paid through the app. I expressed my frustration over driving back and the lack of apology for their mistake. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location, and the service experience was disappointing.

On my way to work, I made a quick stop to grab a chalupa due to feeling hungry and pressed for time. I opted for the drive-thru, which was not busy. I ordered a chicken chalupa without tomatoes, and the cashier, Aletha, repeated the order accurately. After paying with my card, I received my food promptly. However, upon reaching work, I discovered that the chalupa was disappointingly soft, lacked the expected crispiness, and was covered in tomatoes, to which I am allergic. This left me unable to eat any of it. The quality seemed compromised, suggesting it may have been sitting for a while. This experience led to a waste of time and money, ultimately leaving me hungry for the night. As someone working in the fast-food industry, I found this disregard for a simple customer request disheartening. Store number [redacted] on McMullen Booth Rd in Clearwater, Florida, will not see me as a customer again.

Last Friday, on June 21 around 8:00 PM, I visited the Bountiful, Utah Taco Bell location. I waited in line for at least half an hour. When I reached the window, I inquired if they were understaffed. The attendant explained that they were training new employees during a busy period. Despite a line of cars behind me, I received my order after an additional 10-minute wait. Regrettably, upon arriving home, I discovered my order was incorrect. Instead of 2 Doritos Locos Tacos, I received plain tacos. Additionally, I ordered 2 nacho supremes but was informed they were out of chips. The 3 burritos were fine, but the 2 tostadas I requested were substituted with taco-like items using a mixed tortilla. While I usually enjoy the food at Taco Bell, this experience was disappointing. I hope this incident doesn’t tarnish Taco Bell’s reputation, but this time the service was unacceptable.

Yesterday, I ordered three tacos at Taco Bell in Pearl, Mississippi on Highway 80. Despite the simple order, it took at least 20 minutes to fill. I recalled my previous decision not to eat there due to the slow service as I waited. This incident has cemented my resolve to avoid this location in the future. Additionally, there was a silver Chevrolet Camaro parked across two spaces during rush hour, which was frustrating as all spots were occupied. According to feedback on Facebook, the car might belong to an employee or even the manager, who allegedly parks this way regularly. If this is accurate, it's important to remind them that customer satisfaction should be a top priority.

While I was at work bagging up cinnamon twists, a coworker asked me to pick something up off the floor. I told her I would do it after I finished my task. She got upset because I didn't do it immediately and started giving me attitude. Then, during a customer order, another coworker asked me what was being said because she couldn't hear. When the upset coworker, Tammy, overheard, she thought I was talking about her and confronted me. I explained I wasn't talking about her, but she continued to be confrontational. Feeling uncomfortable, I spoke to the manager, Allie, about the situation. Tammy accused me of lying and threatened me. I tried to apologize, but Tammy got aggressive and said she could hit me without consequences. I felt unsafe and asked to be allowed to leave due to the threatening behavior.

Hello, I visited your Harrisburg store on Eisenhauer Blvd and purchased one of your frozen watermelon drinks. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. When I took my first sip, a fake seed from the bottom came up through the straw, causing me to choke and struggle to breathe. This led to dry heaving and vomiting from coughing. I was concerned that more seeds could be dislodged. Moreover, I accidentally bit down on some seeds, resulting in a chipped tooth. The seeds and the large straw with their green-black coating were unappetizing. I have photos if needed and feel this is a safety issue that should be reported to the Pennsylvania food safety department. This experience has put me off Taco Bell completely. Thank you.

Drive-thru order consisted of a grande nacho box and taco salad. Unfortunately, both items were missing components and were poorly assembled at store # [redacted] on Floyd Baker Blvd. in Gaffney, SC on 6-27-19 at 6:19 pm. The quality of the food prepared at this location is consistently disappointing. I recommend sending staff for training at the Taco Bell in Shelby, NC, which provides a much better customer experience. It is evident that the current employees lack the motivation to serve the public with care and attention. We have avoided this location in the past due to this issue, and it seems we may need to do so again. Suggestions for improvement include sending employees who genuinely care about customer service. I am open to further discussion if needed. What matters most is having a Taco Bell in our community that we can confidently recommend to others and enjoy ourselves. Thank you for your time.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the local Taco Bell in Red Bluff, California. Despite informing them a year ago about my severe allergy to lettuce, my order was still made incorrectly with lettuce. When I tried to address this issue with the manager, I was met with rudeness and the call was abruptly ended without any resolution. This occurred during the July 4th, [redacted] shift at 1:50 p.m. I hope that corporate can address this issue with the specific manager at this Taco Bell location. I am a regular customer, and it is disheartening to be treated this way, especially when my allergy is a serious concern. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Robin Minic.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to address a recent incident at your Taco Bell branch located at [redacted] W Memorial Blvd. On Friday, July 12th, around 5:59:44 pm, I stopped by to purchase a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the clerk informed me that the coffee machine was broken after making me wait for an extended period. When I politely asked for a refund, another clerk responded rudely, which I found disrespectful. This is not the first time I have encountered such issues at this location. I believe I have been unfairly treated based on who I am, which goes against the protected characteristics outlined in the Florida Civil Rights Act. I urge you to address the lack of professionalism among your staff and consider implementing better management practices. If improvements are not made, I will have no choice but to avoid your establishment, and I will make sure my friends and family do the same. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Initials]

I have left several messages and visited the Taco Bell website to file a complaint. I visited store [redacted] Mountaineer Blvd in South Charleston, WV on Sunday, July 14, [redacted], at 7:00 p.m. I made my order on the kiosk at 7:11 and patiently waited. Although I knew the store is typically slow, I was prepared for the wait. After about 45 minutes, it was revealed that there was an issue with the kiosk orders. Despite multiple inquiries, I was told my order was canceled due to a refund being processed. The staff's attitude was unprofessional, with one employee even using inappropriate language. I have been unable to reach anyone at Taco Bell customer service to address this issue, and as someone with over 23 years of experience in the food service industry, I find this situation unacceptable. Each day that goes by without a resolution only increases my frustration.
