During my visit to the Taco Bell in Hillsboro, Missouri today, I noticed that three out of my five items were incorrect, which was disappointing. I called to speak with a manager to address the issue, and the manager initially disputed my claim, leading to a frustrating conversation. When I requested her name, she responded rudely and hung up on me. Upon calling back, another employee was more understanding and provided assistance. However, the lack of professionalism and disrespect exhibited by the initial manager and another staff member was unwarranted. I hope Taco Bell can address this unacceptable behavior to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I had a terrible experience at Taco Bell in Springfield, MO near Republic Road and Scenic. The service was rude and hateful. I waited 40 minutes for my food, only to receive a box of chips with guac, sour cream, and a little meat. When I asked for a remake, the individual, who I suspect was the cook, refused to refund or replace my order. He even covered his name tag when I asked for his name. This person, posing as a manager, was uncooperative. I was left feeling uneasy about the food's safety. I left with the food, but didn't eat it out of concern it may have been tampered with. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a refund.

On May 22, [redacted], I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru at [redacted] S. Broadway Rd. in Santa Maria, CA. After withdrawing $40 from my bank, I paid for my order with a $20 bill. Upon reaching my workplace, I realized that I had not received the correct change. Without a receipt, I couldn't call to address the problem. When I returned after work, I spoke to a manager named Alfonso and explained the situation. Despite my request to check the cameras, he said he was too busy and advised me to come back the next day. Disappointed with the service received, I returned and spoke to a different manager, a thin woman with long blond hair and blue eyes. She tried to help by printing a receipt, which showed a payment with $10 - not resolving my issue. I am certain I paid with a $20 bill and believe an employee pocketed the extra. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I have decided not to revisit this location due to the lack of resolution and the dishonesty encountered.

I visited Taco Bell on Park Road in Worthington, Ohio, at 8:55 pm for the drive-through. A young employee approached two young ladies in a car behind me, and despite my attempts to get his attention, he ignored me. When I circled back and tried to place my order, he signaled that they were closed, even though the restaurant typically stays open later. This kind of disrespect and lack of service is unacceptable, especially as a loyal customer. I hope management will address this behavior and inform me once it has been dealt with.

I visited Taco Bell in Willoughby, Ohio around 1 a.m. on Saturday. I ordered a number 6 chicken meal but received hamburger meat instead, which is cheaper. I also ordered two chicken quesadillas but they hardly had any chicken in them. I typically get this order and know the amount of chicken I should receive. The cashier almost gave me the receipt but then took it back, and I lost track of what happened to it. I am not sure if they are mishandling receipts or charging customers incorrectly. When I got home, I was upset. The store is about 30 minutes away from me, as I was in the area for shopping. I tried calling last night and several times this morning, but the line keeps going to a fax machine.

Yesterday at 5:40 PM, while working at the Taco Bell in Lafayette, Colorado, I had a challenging experience. A drunk customer attacked me, and I am quite disheartened by the lack of cleanliness and professionalism during my first week here. I ended up looking after my coworkers' children as well. Despite bringing up issues like mold on the make line to the manager, my general manager didn't address them. As a result, I plan to take legal action and have a police officer involved. I am considering filing a lawsuit against Taco Bell and contacting the health department. The situation reminds me of past incidents at Chipotle. If needed, I can be reached at [redacted]. If I don't receive a response, I will proceed with legal action in Boulder County Court tomorrow.

On May 24th, my boyfriend and I visited location [redacted] in Jacksonville, FL, on Atlantic Blvd. We arrived before 11 am, and the drive-thru was not too busy. Despite our simple order with multiple items, we paid without checking the bag due to its larger size. As we drove off, we realized our order was missing. Returning to the restaurant, we were asked to wait in line while they corrected the mistake. This time, the bag was smaller, and we handed them our receipt, beginning to notice troubling signs of poor food safety and hygiene. The items we received were either cold or poorly made, like the incomplete and poorly assembled crunchwrap. Despite the convenience of the location, the experience left much to be desired, prompting me to look up reviews which confirmed my concerns about this particular branch.

I placed an order on the Taco Bell app for $18.93 at the Middletown Taco Bell in Delaware. When I arrived, the woman at the drive-thru said there was no order for me. She suggested I contact corporate for assistance. I am disappointed as I ended up spending $20 with no meal for my husband and me. The lack of attention from this store is frustrating. They didn't even attempt to find my order, just advised me to double-check the store location. When I requested the number, they told me to find it on Google. Though they may have been busy, with only one car in front of me and the dine-in closed, the service was still unacceptable. This is the second time the app has caused issues. The first time, it took 8 months to receive an $11 refund. I had previously filed a complaint with photos in December and never received a response. Now, I hope the refund process for this incident won't be similarly lengthy. All I want is a prompt refund for the order that I never received, without any need for coupons or other concessions.

I visited your Taco Bell on [redacted] East Main Street in Stamford, Connecticut. I ordered a Nacho Supreme and waited over 20 minutes. The person at the counter was not very professional. I mentioned I would be dining in, but they put my order in a bag with the lid not properly secured. Thankfully, there was no spillage. The employee was rude to my friend, got the order wrong, and was continuously touching his hair at the register. I have never experienced such poor service before. Please provide better customer service training to avoid such situations in the future. Other customers were also leaving due to long wait times. I almost left and considered asking for a refund. This was the most extended wait I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant. Thank you for addressing these issues. - Shirley

I dropped my kids at the sitter and planned to have tacos and nachos for dinner. We visited the League City location on FM 96. I ordered a party pack with 10 soft and 2 hard shells, the $5 nacho box from a TV ad, guacamole, and a watermelon freeze. The total was $22.29. At the drive-thru, they said they were out of watermelon freeze seeds. I accepted another option. After checking the order, I found 2 tacos and cinnamon twists instead of the nacho box. I called the manager, and they said they no longer have the nacho box. Unhappy about the mistake and lack of communication, I had to return for the correct items. The manager was unapologetic but promised a refund. I was frustrated by the employee’s error and the manager’s response which made me late for a meeting. Proper staff training is crucial to prevent such mishaps. A follow-up call to address this issue would be appreciated. Regards, Jessica R.

I have encountered an issue at my local Taco Bell where the manager, Florence, has repeatedly refused to replace my incorrect order despite admitting the mistake was made. On top of this, I witnessed her having a minor, who seemed to be her daughter, at work and providing her with free food and drinks. I have photographic evidence to support my claim. On May 29, [redacted], my order for a $5 chalupa box was incorrect with extra tomatoes and beans, contrary to my preferences. When I requested a replacement, Florence requested a receipt, which I didn't have at the moment but offered to return with. The following day, a different employee ignored my request for a replacement. Today, Florence apologized but still did not replace the order, even acknowledging my previous visits regarding this issue. This situation has been frustrating, especially as a loyal customer, and I believe her actions do not reflect well on the company.

Recently, our experiences at Taco Bell have been disappointing. The tables are consistently dirty, with employees' children even using the only clean table to sleep on. The floor is unkempt, and it seems no one is bothered by it. If the front area is this unsanitary, one can only imagine the condition of the back. The windows have not been cleaned in weeks. Additionally, there are frequent shortages of tea, napkins, and straws. During one visit, we had to request a straw and were handed a handful to refill the container ourselves. This occurred at the Taco Bell in Center, Texas, where arguments among staff were also witnessed. It is evident that new, more competent managers are needed to address these issues promptly. Until improvements are made, we will refrain from returning due to these ongoing concerns. The lack of space here prevents me from detailing all the problems encountered.

I encountered difficulties with Taco Bell's customer service on 5-22-19 regarding using their mobile app. My order #[redacted] to store #[redacted] was charged to my debit card, but when my Aunt went to pick it up due to my disability, the store claimed they didn't receive the order. After contacting customer service, they assured me the charge would be reversed since I didn't retrieve the order. However, the charge went through on 5-23-19. Despite being promised a refund after a follow-up call, I'm still waiting for the refund a week later. The delay is frustrating me.

I recently ordered a Chalupa Cravings Box with some modifications, but unfortunately, my order was not as expected. The tomatoes on my Chalupa were frozen, the taco was not Supreme, there were beans in the burrito, and only a few cinnamon twists had flavor. Additionally, I received the wrong drink. I tried contacting the Taco Bell at Edwin Miller Blvd in Martinsburg, WV for two weeks but had no luck getting through. The district manager, Liam, mentioned he couldn't assist without the receipt and implied I never called, which was disheartening. This specific Taco Bell location has often disappointed me with my orders. Due to this ongoing issue, I opted for a McDouble instead for my meal today.

Hello, this is Dave P. I recently visited location #[redacted] and ordered food for my family. As Stickney Indians, we do not consume beef, pork, or steak for religious reasons. Unfortunately, when we received our order, there was a mistake, and my kids were served beef pizza instead of the Beans pizza we had requested. I brought this issue to the attention of the cashier and then the manager, but the manager was unhelpful and insisted that we had ordered beef pizza. I believe this is a misunderstanding as I did not hear the cashier repeat our order. I am requesting access to the security camera footage to support my case for a lawsuit, as my children unknowingly consumed beef. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] so we can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I had a disappointing visit to the Taco Bell on Milan Road in Sandusky, Ohio. The drive-through attendant couldn't hear me well even when I spoke loudly, she referred to me as "sir," and I felt my concerns were not addressed effectively. Unfortunately, the fryers were down, causing me to wait in a 15-minute line only to find out they couldn't make all of my order. The lack of communication about the fryers being down earlier added to my frustration. I believe the staff, especially the woman at the window, need better training on customer service. The service was slow partly due to her excessive talking with customers. This experience was so disappointing that I have decided not to return to this Taco Bell location. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.

Yesterday, I visited one of the stores on Frederica Street in Owensboro, where I waited for five minutes without any employee showing interest in serving me. There were three others ahead of me also waiting. When an employee finally appeared, they mentioned they were understaffed and only taking drive-thru orders, planning to lock the doors after serving the family inside. This occurred at 4:00 PM. I was quite disappointed with the service. I believe a manager should have been the one to communicate this information rather than leaving it to an employee who seemed uninterested.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience at Taco Bell. On my first visit, I asked the staff where to find the chicken tacos on the menu, hoping to order what I wanted. However, the staff member simply placed an order for chicken tacos without guiding me through the menu. As a new customer, I ended up receiving the chicken tacos without being able to customize my order. This lack of assistance made my experience less enjoyable. I believe a little help in understanding the menu would have ensured I got exactly what I wanted for the price I paid.

I placed an online order two days ago as a vegetarian who hasn't eaten meat in 7 years. I always opt for beans instead of meat. Sadly, I received a Doritos loco taco with meat instead of beans, and it made me sick once I noticed. The order mix-up included fiesta potatoes instead of the fries in the nacho fry box. Moreover, the location didn't have the slushees listed online. Although promised an extra Cinnabon delight for the wait, that was missing too. I seek a refund and possibly a gift card for the inconvenience. There is a paper trail of my online order.

Whenever I attempt to place an online order, whether through the Taco Bell app or their website, I encounter an error message stating, "We're experiencing issues processing your selected payment. Please choose a different payment method." Despite trying various active credit and debit cards, I cannot proceed with the order. Curiously, I managed to successfully place an order via the Taco Bell app a few days ago. My partner and I, both vegans, have specific customizations saved for our online orders, making it inconvenient to order in person. We hope to resolve this issue promptly to enjoy Taco Bell through the app again.
