The issue in GetHuman-anitraal's own words
Went through the drive thru at **:** pm, I’m vegan and asked for no meat. When I received my meal it was all meat, so I pull in a parking space and my daughter went inside. I noticed she had been in there for over ** minutes so I got out the car and went inside only to wait another ** minutes. I only wanted nachos no meat, when I finally got it the guy said I been made it it was just sitting here. So I opened it and it was cold, I said it’s cold just refund my money. The other guy in the back started shouting say he’s not making it again I don’t give a **** I’m not making it again **** that!!!’ Then the manager came out never apologize for him or discipline him because he was still going back and forth with me. I felt so disrespected by him and management and I had my daughter with me. It took a minute then she refunded my money never said sorry about that or nothing. They messed my food up and I wa being very patient only to be disrespected.
