After one, two, three, and even four items were wrong as we pulled them out of the bag, we were fine with ignoring and fixing it ourselves. After that we just got frustrated. We ordered * crunchy tacos fresco style and they had cheese on them. We ordered * soft tacos fresco style and they had cheese and did not have pico de gallo on them. We ordered a five layer burrito with no sour cream, and it had sour cream and a bean burrito with no onions and it had onions. Our total was $**.**. We shared the two regular crunchy tacos and small chips w* queso as they were the only items that came out right. It was not enough food so I had to make us some soups anyway. **I called the location and Nester, the manager, was being very rude. He offered to remake the order and give me * extra items if I brought the food back. However, I said well, can I have those extra items another day because we are going going to be able to eat the food we ordered PLUS * extra items. He said no I can come today or tomorrow, I said then I'll just take the food back and get a refund. He continued to be rude with me by saying, "Oh you want a refund because we always make your food wrong and you come in here." I stated, "no, I really dont go there often" (my husband rarely wants taco bell, I eat it almost every day at the location across the street at my job and NEVER have these issues) he said oh well it must be another Emily then.. in a VERY sarcastic tone. **Like I said, i was willing to ignore the mistakes but when more than half of the order is wrong, I just wanted a remake of my order. By the time I got off the phone with him the little food we did eat was cold. I even told him not to worry about the extra items and that I just wanted my food remade. He continued giving me attitude. **At this point i really dont want to meet this guy because i feel really disrespected. I just want my $**.** back and i will not bother going back to that location. Because i eat taco bell every other day for lunch we rarely go to the location by my house anyway.
