Store Receipt: 8[redacted]-1[redacted] Store Number: [redacted] I went through the drive-thru and ordered combo #3 with a large Pepsi, cinnamon twists, nacho supreme, soft taco, and medium Dr. Pepper. Despite ordering mild sauce, I did not receive it. When I went back in and showed my receipt, it took a few tries for them to get my drinks right. I ended up with the correct drinks but they were cold. The tacos were hard instead of soft and the sauce was all hot, not mild as requested. Sadly, I didn't have time to return inside, and my overall experience was disappointing. I'd appreciate a refund or something equivalent to the $15.12 I paid for the unsatisfactory meal. I visited the Taco Bell on 196th St. SW in Lynnwood, WA. Upon arrival, a tall friendly cashier informed me that my food order would take 30 minutes without providing a reason. This led to many customers leaving due to the unusually long wait time. In addition, certain food items were unavailable, and the to-go bags lacked essential items like forks and napkins. The incident occurred on Saturday, April 20, [redacted], near the Lynnwood Police Station. During my visit, the cashier, identified as Isabella M on the receipt, was of exceptional height, reminiscent of a character from a movie. Furthermore, the cashier accidentally dropped a bill on the floor while giving change, and though it got wet, they did not take steps to exchange it for a dry one. This experience was surreal, and it highlights a need for Taco Bell to consider hiring additional staff to address the unusually long wait times, a rare situation for the Lynnwood area.

I recently visited your Taco Bell store #[redacted] in Memphis, TN under the management of Jason S. I placed an order for 12 plain tacos with just meat and cheese. The cashier, Aaliyah, had trouble processing the order without lettuce and tomatoes, leading to confusion. I noticed that the manager, Jason, was preparing the food without wearing gloves. Despite my attempts to intervene and correct the error before making all 12 tacos, both Jason and the employee continued without addressing the issue. This lack of attention to detail and customer service was disappointing. With each visit, I have observed the staff chatting and not prioritizing customer satisfaction. I have decided not to return to this location and plan to inform others in the community about the poor service and hygiene at this store.

I encountered an issue with your online order service at the Taco Bell located at [redacted] W Pike St in Goshen, Indiana. Despite placing an online order, upon arrival, the drive-thru attendant stated that my order did not show up on their panel. Even after providing the Order #, Name, E-mail, and message confirming the pick-up location, I was met with unhelpfulness. The drive-thru attendant repeatedly shifted blame onto me by questioning if I selected the drive-thru location option on the app. I later discovered the option to cancel orders through past orders, a feature I was not informed about. This experience has discouraged me from utilizing Taco Bell's online ordering in the future. If a worker lacks proper knowledge of online orders, the effectiveness of their problem-solving skills comes into question. The lack of assistance, especially from possibly a manager, left me hungry as I work late nights with no other open dining options nearby. I am requesting reimbursement for my wasted time and gas expenses in the form of a Taco Bell gift card.

On February 8, [redacted], at 7:38 AM, I bought a steak grand scrambler from Taco Bell [redacted] in East Meadow, New York, for takeout (Order No [redacted]). While consuming the product, I bit down on what I thought was a corn kernel but turned out to be a gold plated crown tooth with a sharp metal pin. I reached out to Taco Bell through their website and corporate office with details and photos of the incident, including the receipt. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response by email or phone.

This was my first experience at Taco Bell, and I was eager to try their beef tacos. The drive-thru attendant, Courtney M, suggested I try the steak tacos. I ordered three of them, which cost $8.39 with tax and no drink. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the supposed steak was actually fake beef, and even more surprising was that the tacos were served on cold, uncooked white flour tortillas without any sauce, cilantro, avocado, or guacamole. Coming from Southern Texas, where authentic Mexican food is abundant, I was shocked by the lack of quality and authenticity in the meal. I feel deceived by the company’s marketing of an overpriced, inauthentic version of Latin American cuisine. I demand a refund of $8.39 for the disappointing meal that ended up in the trash after just one bite.

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru today. On my first visit, my nacho tacos and steak quesadilla were missing from the order. They took my receipt to correct the mistake, but when I got my food back, the steak and chicken quesadilla was missing the jalapeño sauce. Upon returning home, I discovered my $5 chalupa contained a nacho taco instead. After a second trip to the drive-thru, the staff assured me they had fixed the order, but the chalupa was overly crispy and difficult to eat, while the taco was overly soggy. Although I usually understand that mistakes happen, this experience left me really disappointed and feeling like I wasted my money.

This is my second unsuccessful experience with mobile ordering at [redacted] Glenwood Ave, Raleigh NC [redacted]. In both instances, my order was processed on the Taco Bell app and the payment was deducted from my bank account. However, upon arrival at the drive-thru, the staff claimed they did not receive my mobile order and were unable to assist. Despite showing them the transaction on my app, they insisted they couldn't help. The supervisor was brought in, and even after confirming the address on my order matched their store location, there was confusion and no resolution. I understand the challenges of working in a drive-thru, and I hoped for some cooperation in resolving the issue. I ended up reordering and paying again. I am seeking a refund for one of the $15.07 charges. Thank you for your assistance. -D. Ferguson

I had a disappointing experience at your restaurant [redacted] tonight. Alex G assisted us, but there were mistakes in our order. When we returned for the correct items, Alex G was confrontational despite our polite explanation of the error. We requested a refund as the order was still incorrect, but Alex G refused. This was frustrating as we paid full price for everything and some items were missing. It's disheartening that the situation was not handled professionally. We hope to receive a refund for the unsatisfactory service we encountered.

I reside in Monroe, NC, and this morning my experience at Taco Bell was disappointing. The person at the drive-thru window stated that they did not speak English, which seemed odd considering the setting. After some back and forth, our order had to be remade due to incorrect ingredients. When we got home, we discovered the breakfast burrito was cold, had tough potatoes, incorrect bacon instead of sausage, and an overall unpleasant taste. This kind of experience has led us to decide not to return to this particular Taco Bell for breakfast. Although we have another location across town that typically gets orders right, this instance was below our expectations. Despite trying to salvage the meal by heating it in the microwave, the quality was still subpar. This falls short of the standard we used to associate with Taco Bell, given the prices charged for their offerings.

I love Taco Bell's breakfast options, especially the one at [redacted] Plainfield Ave., Grand Rapids, MI. [redacted]. Unfortunately, I often find that they run out of eggs well before breakfast hours end. It seems to be a frequent issue due to their manager's ordering decisions. This has occurred multiple times, leaving me with no choice but to leave without ordering. The next closest Taco Bell is quite a distance away. I have never encountered this problem at any other Taco Bell location. I hope this can be addressed.

Today, my partner and I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru and ordered a #3 combo with a cherry Pepsi and 3 soft tacos. Unfortunately, we were given a watered-down soda and only 3 soft tacos. When we inquired about the missing items, we were told to drive around for them. I requested a different soda, assuming there was a mix-up, but received another watered-down drink. After waiting for the additional items, my husband had to enter the store and explain the situation since our food was not brought out. However, there was a disagreement with the employees stating a #3 only included soft tacos, contradicting the menu. Frustrated, we left without a resolution. By this time, the tacos we did receive were cold, improperly made, and came with the wrong sauces. I am truly disappointed and request a refund. The service at the Breinigsville, PA location on rt [redacted] was below expectations, and I suggest additional training for the staff to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I recently visited Taco Bell and ordered the Chalupa Craving Box with a soft taco on the side to go. Upon arriving home, I found out they had given me a soft taco instead of the chalupa I paid for. When I called to complain, the manager, Paula, insisted I come back that day to get the missing item. Upset that she hung up on me, I am now disappointed with the service and do not even want the chalupa anymore. I have the receipt and hope for a refund or a resolution to this issue. Paula's behavior and the service at the restaurant have left me incredibly dissatisfied.

I'm Dereka Groeling, a former Taco Bell employee from the Vacaville, CA location. I visited the store on 04/27/[redacted] at 1:40 am with friends. When asking for separate orders at the drive-thru, the employee was rude, unprofessional, and even threatened physical violence. The manager, who identified himself as Larry but his coworkers said his name is Lawerence, was disrespectful and aggressive. His behavior was appalling, and I feel he should be terminated or demoted for tarnishing the Taco Bell brand. I have never encountered such behavior in my years of working in fast food. I will be sharing my experience with others to prevent them from visiting that particular Taco Bell due to the unacceptable treatment I received.

I visited the Piqua Ohio store this morning during a quiet period. Despite ordering at 8:54, I received my food after 9:10. Unfortunately, even though I asked for no sauce on my breakfast crunchwrap and both my husband and the cashier confirmed this, it was covered in sauce when I began eating it. I couldn't stay to get it fixed as it became busy and I had an appointment. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered. This experience was disappointing as I usually receive good service. During my visit, there were three staff members present; one preparing food, one handling drive-thru and cashier duties, and a manager who briefly took orders before disappearing. A simple apology or acknowledgment of the delay would have been appreciated. I prefer contact via email as I rarely answer my phone.

On April 29th, my family and I visited a restaurant on Saint George's Ave in Roselle, New Jersey. During our dinner, we witnessed a concerning incident between the manager and an employee. The manager was using profanity and yelling at the employee, which made several customers uncomfortable enough to leave. The manager's behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The situation escalated with inappropriate language and threats, creating a negative and hostile environment. It was clear that the manager's actions were not appropriate for a professional setting, causing distress to both employees and customers. This kind of behavior should be addressed promptly to maintain a respectful and hospitable atmosphere in the establishment.

Recently, my friends and I visited the Taco Bell at [redacted] East Main Street, Apopka, FL [redacted] after 11 PM. Since the lobby was closed, we went through the drive-thru. I had placed an online order for a taco and mini quesadilla without chipotle sauce, with the taco being a T-Mobile Tuesdays freebie. On arrival at the speaker, we wanted to pick up my online order separately, but were told only two orders were allowed. This led us to circle back in line for my order later, which was inconvenient. Upon reaching the window, the manager claimed I still owed $1.29 for the taco, despite my online payment. Despite presenting two receipts proving payment, the manager insisted I had not paid the full amount. Moreover, the mini quesadilla had chipotle sauce, which was unacceptable to me. When I raised this issue, the manager dismissed me, refused a refund, and requested that I leave. I did not obtain the manager's name at the time. I seek to receive my free taco as per the coupon used and hope for appropriate action to be taken against the manager for their behavior, which I found unacceptable.

I am writing to share my experience at the Taco Bell located on [redacted] Portage Street in North Canton, Ohio. The restaurant was extremely messy and unclean during my visit yesterday at 10:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. The establishment was not busy, yet there were food spills on the soda machine, dirt and dust behind the counter, trash scattered around, sprinkles of old food on the floor, and sticky floors. The bathrooms were also unkempt with trash left behind and stained toilet seats. The employees seemed more focused on socializing than maintaining cleanliness. Despite waiting for 20 minutes for my boyfriend to finish his meal, I found it challenging to eat due to the unhygienic conditions. This experience was disappointing, and I will not be returning to this location.

I visited the drive-thru, placed an order, and found that the Chalupa Box was missing when I got home. After contacting Customer Service, Ally informed me of the new 24-hour replacement policy. When I returned the next day despite the inconvenience, Diane was disrespectful. She claimed not to know about the missing item, even after I showed her my receipt. Despite mentioning I spoke to Ally, she seemed suspicious. After they remade the Chalupa Box (which was lacking in portions), Diane refused my Senior Discount due to my daughter ordering with me. This experience may deter me from returning to this Taco Bell, although Diane is known to be friendly to my husband during lunch hours.

To whom it may concern, I recently had a very disappointing experience at your Lomita, CA store #[redacted]. After playing basketball, my friends and I, along with my 9-year-old brother, decided to grab a quick bite at Taco Bell. I usually enjoy their food but this time things went awry. I ordered two bean, cheese, and rice burritos requesting nacho cheese instead of regular cheese and for them to be well done. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect with regular cheese instead of nacho cheese. When I went back to ask for a replacement, the staff member argued with me, insisting I had ordered regular cheese. The situation escalated quickly when someone in the back, possibly a manager, rudely intervened and suggested refunding me just to get me out of there without fixing the order. This lack of customer service and blame-shifting is unacceptable. I hope this issue can be addressed by the HR department promptly as such behavior reflects poorly on your brand. Sincerely, Muhammad Qamar and companions
