I just visited taco bell , ordered the chalupa craving box , with a soft taco on the side .. I got it to go . When I got home I opened my box and there wasn't a chalupa they had put a soft taco in instead . Not a big deal, so I call to complain see if next time I come in i can get my chalupa which I paid for and the whole reason I went to taco bell in the first place today. Paula the manager there tells me I must come in today to get it , I just got home I don't wanna go back out as I live ** mins away so i get a little upset and she hangs up the phone on me . What kind of manager is that ? Are you kidding how hard is it to listen? I never said no chalupa ... I'm just upset because she hung up I still have the receipt everything at this point I don't even want the chalupa cause that service was terrible . Would like my money back. Or at least someone to contact me so we can work this out . Incredibly dissatisfied with the service and attitude of manager
