On Friday, February **, ****, at approximately *:** PM, I went to order on the mobile app like I do every Friday night. I noticed some changes to the app while ordering. For some reason, the app automatically submitted my order (* ******) to the last location I visited (**** Military Pkwy, Mesquite, TX, *****) as a dine in order. I immediately tried to cancel the order to no avail and the app was saying my order would be ready in ** minutes or less. At this point I was confused. I was nowhere in that area and could not have made it in time for my name to be called. I decided to make another drive-thru order for the location I first intended to visit (***** Elam Rd, Balch Springs, TX, *****), and once again it submitted my order to the Mesquite location. Luckily this time it went through as a drive-thru order and I was able to cancel. When I went to re-submit the order I noticed when I went to change the location to my desired pick up store, it automatically changed back to my previous pick-up location. I had to change location twice to get it to accept. I am requesting a refund for the first order as I was not able to cancel for a location I didn't choose and I was charged $**.** for food I was not able to pick up.
