I ordered $** worth of food. One item was the Mexican pizza which I never got. The other item I ordered was for a ** year old boy who only likes meat and cheese. Since you don't have a beef burrito anymore I was charged for a bean burrito minus the beans with an upcharge of a $*.** to add beef and another $*.** for extra beef. That in itself was crazy. When I got home there was lettuce on the burrito so my grandson would not eat it. As I said I also did not have the Mexican pizza. I spoke to the manager who agreed to duplicate the entire order. About a week later I brought in the receipt and he duplicated the order. When my grandson bit into his burrito it was loaded with beans and hot sauce and onions. I have a picture. I was so upset that the manager never took a moment to talk to me while I stood there, let alone even acknowledge me. On top of that got the order wrong again. That was two meals that my grandson could not eat. I had to have another employee give the manager the receipt as he made the wrong order again. I've had trouble at Taco Bell over and over and over again. I'm so pissed about this that I'm ready to call a lawyer. I've never complained about anything except Taco Bell. Who is going to make this right for me? Do your employees understand what only beef and cheese means? I must have said it four or five times the first time I ordered and then said it again and again on the phone to the manager. I was mortified that my grandson's mouth was on fire!
