Purchased $** of the "Stocking Stuffer" promotion. Buy $** e-card recieve $* e-card as a bonus. All e-mails where recieved confirming purchases and bonus cards. Was not able to successfully use the "bonus" cards because of app and online function failure. Management in store had no way of accepting e-cards not delivered through the app or internet. I kept receiving the message "we're unable to process your order, authorization of giftcard failed" At this point I gave up on trying to use the bonus cards for each time I'd load one and try to make a purchase it would not process and yet take my money. So I try to use one of the $** non time crucial gift cards. These did not work either, but told me they were already used and I had a $* balance also. My family sat for an hour in the restaurant, on two seperate occassions, trying to use our "Holiday" cards. Bah Humbug Taco Bell you ARE the Grinch who Stole Christmas and we want our money back. I have * emails stating I have a total of $** worth of regular gift cards and $** worth of bonus cards and that's ALL I have are emails. I have tried on two occassions to make contact through the "***-***-**** Customer Service line. The first time on the **rd of December and also emailed them twice, first time on the **th of December, to no avail. I was promised that someone would contact me in ** hours on Monday December **. It is now January * and still no contact. I want Taco Bell to contact me and make good on the cards I purchase including the bonus cards in the way of a full refund on a PHYSICAL gift card with full purchase paid on it including the bonus. In plain terms $** on a tangible gift card sent to my home. Address will be given once notified by Taco Bell.
I want a full refund in the way of a PHYSICAL gift card in the total amount purchased including the bonus, sent to my home address, to be provided once contact is made by Taco Bell. In plain English, $** on a plastic gift card because your online app is filled with flaws and frustrating to use and monies easily stolen from it.
