Hello, * I went to taco bell on ********** to pick my wife some food for lunch. I took a list with me, so I would get the order correct. I was looking at the notes I took as I placed the order and guess what, they got it wrong. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and no onions, but for some reason cashier Jordan H, added beef and extra beef to her burrito.I found this out when she wanted to know what I had gotten, so I looked at the receipt and saw the beef was added to her burrito. She does not like beef on her bean burrito, so she tried it but didn’t eat it. My order for a Beef XXL GSB was not for the combo, I had a drink in my truck and didn’t want one, but I did not think about it at the time.* On another occasion my wife and mom went to the same location, walked in the front door to place a order. They were told the lobby was closed and to go to the drive through. They hopped into the car went to the drive through, they closed the drive through before they could get there.* The store in question is Taco Bell ****** **** Pine Street Abilene TX ****** Not sure what you can do to make up for what has happened. ******** up the order, closing the store on customers twice so they had to go else where, what do you think might be appropriate, so I am not so pissed off?**Eric C.
