Your location in Boone, North Carolina is routinely making mistakes. I haven’t been there once in the past three months when something wasn’t wrong. Twice I have received the wrong change, one of these times my change was off by over ** dollars. This month they offered me free desert items if I would fill out a survey as “highly satisifed” which I am not, I saw a woman receive free desert items after completing the survey. The woman offering this offered her ** of your cinnamon thingies, I’m sure you must be taking a loss from this.** I went today, November **th and the drive thru worker took my payment then asked for payment for the second order, which I did not place. I explained this and the employee gave me my food, without any apology, and closed the window. I drove off after ensuring I had paid the correct amount for my food and only once on the road did I realize your employee had not given me my drink. Your restaurant is one of the few fast food restaurants I frequent in my town and certainly not for the service I receive there. I’m sure these employees and this franchise as a whole are representing your company poorly to many others.**Sincerely, Pissed
