Today was the straw that broke the proverbial camals back. I work in the small town of Elwood, Indiana and right across the street from my work is a Taco Bell we're i go for lunch or before work to grab a bite to eat. I have had quite a few messed up orders from that Taco Bell, more then average I'd say, but I overlook that because it happens. I've had my order messed up AND been late returning to work from lunch because the employees were to busy goofing off and playing around to pay attention. But tonight my wife and I ordered a Party Pack of ** tacos, a chicken quesadilla and a Mt. Dew, when we got to the window we were asked if we wanted any sauce which my wife said "Yes just a few mild packs please." then we got the food and drove off. I opened the box down the road and our "few" mild packs was like they emptied a whole box of sauce packs in our Party Pack. It was absolutely ridiculous, at first I thought well ** tacos we might need a few extra, but no that wasn't the case at all. After seeing the employees playing around instead of quickly making food like they should I'll be it was hilarious to them to just OVERLOAD a customer with sauce. After seeing that it just infuriated me to the point that I figured it was high time I said something. I'm not sure what to say for a resolution honestly because this is a culmination of things that I've experienced at that Taco Bell but just for the purpose of following instructions my idea of resolution would be some coupons or anything like that for me because of how frequently I go to Taco Bell but I understand that is not the case. So the resolution for an instant like this would have to be action taken by your own company in that store or at least the management.
