Hi my name its julio Garcia and let me start with how rude and very unprofessional Miriana Morales manager at Taco bell was to me address **** E.Valley Pkwy Escondido,Ca ***** phone number *** ***-**** shes was absolute no help to me as a buying customer and returning after my order ******* date ********* was wrongfully giving to me with a Large drink I ordered with the cup almost half full after they kept getting my drink wrong I called back after noticing at home my drink and really making me feel not appreciated as a customer. when calling to complaint about my order the employer Lora I believe her name was I explain to her that my Large drink was half full and i wasn't happy about it witch she ask me to return and they would give me back a Large drink with a menue item for the inconvenience I return on ******* around *:** PM to waite **mins in the drive threw line when trying to explained my self to the drive threw employe about my order was wrongfully giving to me and I was there for my drink and menue item she started giving me a hard time for it and had me come to the window when getting there she had me waite after talking to a manager about the situation and coming back with a offer of two tacos and my drink when a menu item and a drink was promoise and supost to be giving to me again for the inconvenience and ask for the manager I felt that was wrong and very unreasonable for them to do so when there responsible for my order Miriana Morales came to the window right away had a bad attitude in helping me and was not trying to reason with me at all so I ask for her name and how long shes been working and she responded back with a attitude as if she didnt care about her job or the customers at this point I will like to get my money re funded back for the order and helped for the bad customer service provided by Miriana Morales if you could please reach out and witch steps to take to fixing this issue with bad custimer service that would be great thank you.
