I was at the Taco Bell in South Williamson KY and I was overcharged and my order was totally messed up. I ordered a ** pack of tacos half and half. I wanted * of the hard shells Doritos, of the * Doritos tacos I needed * of them meat only. I wanted * of the soft tacos meat only. I also ordered * steak quesadillas with no jalape*o sauce. The quesadillas only had steak. I received ** tacos in total. We counted. * of those tacos had lettuce and cheese. The other tacos had very little meat. My ** year twins are in the hospital with pneumonia and we couldn’t just leave to take the food back. I paid $** for this. I added the same items up on your app and my total was only $** and some change. Meaning I was overcharging on top of having a ton of tacos my kids didn’t even want to eat. I repeated my order * times to make sure it was correct. My boys have been sick and this is the first thing they actually asked to eat. I am very disappointed. Also they were very rude when I asked why I was charged an extra $* for each Dorito taco and told that was the only way to order them. The lady asked if we wanted them or not. Of course we did our sick boys wanted them. We ended up giving about all the food to the nurses and my boys didn’t really eat any of it.
