********Order************ N. Sheridan Road*Chicago, IL *******My order wasn't ready when I got there. I had customized my order online for a Large caramel apple icee- unfortunately, they only had regular sized cups. I didn't receive pico de gallo on one of the double crunchwrap supremes. I originally placed the order at *:**am, arrived at *:**ish, and was out of there around *:**am. Once the boxes were put together, disorderly in the bag, it was reached out to me for a split second- then dropped rudely on the counter as I reached out to get it. She had then turned around and walked to the back, while I properly arranged my food. I had to wait, once again, for the *rd double crunchwrap supreme to be completed, since it was overlooked- like the rest of my order. At that time, a different employee handed me the last double crunchwrap. When I arrived at home, both boxes' tacos had been placed beneath the double crunchwrap supremes- which caused them to crack and soften beyond repair. I need an immediate refund, this is completely unacceptable. This isn't the first time I've received this type of treatment at this location. I don't understand why things can't be consistent here when it's a *-*-* operation. I had tried handling this as soon as I returned home, but their location was nowhere to be found on the site- and it took me forever to find this.
