Get order correct. Employee was rude, and so was manager when I called. I was told she does not have to give out her name or employees name and hung up on me. This isn't ** questions people. I want my order not to argue with you! ... Went through the drive thru and ordered * Doritos tacos, mexi melt and a *** need combo burrito. The Guy says what would you like to drink with that? With what I say? He says the combo. I tell him the order again, he takes the pop off and gives me the amount. At the window I said, hey guy what is a xxlgsb? He tells me a grilled stuffed burrito. I tell him to take it off the bill. He turns around to the manager and says, NOW HE DOESN'T WANT THIS!!!*I never ordered it in the first place! This taco bell needs a complete employee root out! They are rude, and argue with you when it is them who *****s up!!!!
Manager was evasive when I asked her name. Really?!*I called another Taco Bell to see if this was normal, this manager was appalled and she apologized for them. Not her store, employees or problem, but she apologized. I was told to fill out survey from receipt. So I did that. I WILL be calling corporate in the morning.
I want an apology from the PM Manager working on **********. And she needs to be retrained on store policies, phone etiquette and customer interactions.
We are always checking order before leaving so I am a good customer because I do half their job. That is a good customer!
I will be contacting Taco Bell corporate services tomorrow morning.
