I placed an order on the Taco Bell mobile app for the location on 75th/Lemont Rd, which was supposed to be open until 4AM. Upon arrival, I found the location closed even though I received confirmation that my order would be ready in 5-8 minutes. I then tried to transfer my order to the Cass Ave location, but it ended up canceling my order instead. When I got to Cass Ave, they couldn't find my order and refused to fulfill it despite me being charged by the closed location. I am frustrated by this experience. The closed store shouldn't have been processing orders, and if my order was canceled, I should have been refunded promptly to reorder elsewhere. I left the situation hungry and dissatisfied. This app issue needs to be addressed to prevent other customers from facing the same problem. What was meant to be a simple and tasty meal turned into a disappointing ordeal for me.

Our family taco night was ruined when we received the wrong order and were overcharged for missing items, causing a problem for our child with dietary restrictions. We paid $33.27 in cash and only received a $17.85 refund on our credit card. The issue was not resolved when we spoke to the manager, who was unprofessional and made inappropriate remarks. Despite attempting to contact the corporate office, we were met with disrespect. This experience was discriminatory and unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location and will be sharing our experience on social media and with our community. The manager and staff involved should be replaced to ensure better service in the future.

I would like to express my gratitude for the complimentary taco promotion on June 13, [redacted], in Cleveland, Ohio, to mark the Golden State Warriors' victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers in the basketball championship. Taco Bell's gesture of offering one free taco per person to soothe the disappointment was greatly appreciated. My group of six, including five grandchildren and myself, enjoyed this treat worth $10.14, courtesy of Taco Bell. The youngest child in our group is six years old, and this experience was a rare occasion of receiving something for free for them. We are regular Taco Bell customers, and the kindness and respect shown by the staff during our visit was commendable. We all adore Taco Bell and wish to convey our gratitude to the Corporate Headquarters for this generous initiative, despite the financial implications it may have had. Many thanks to the individuals behind this thoughtful idea. Thank you once again! Warm regards, Mrs. D. Fenochko

I used the online system to order for pick-up, but when I arrived home, my order was completely incorrect. Items that were supposed to have sour cream did not, and those that were meant to have no sour cream were loaded with it. Four of my side dishes were missing. The nachos and chips I ordered had no chips, just nacho cheese. Instead of cool ranch tacos, I received regular crunchy tacos. The cheese quesadillas I paid extra for with added nacho cheese had none, and they were missing the guacamole sides I also paid for. The order number was [redacted] and it was from the Taco Bell in Centerton, AR. I am deeply disappointed with the service. I expected a large online order to be accurate, considering the amount spent was nearly $50. Tonight, my family is very let down.

On July 5th, my family and I stopped by Taco Bell around noon to grab lunch before heading to the beach. Despite waiting 23 minutes for our order, we discovered it was incorrect and missing some items when we arrived at the beach. In response, I called the store to speak with a manager but was rudely hung up on by an employee who claimed there was no manager available. When I called back, I was met with disrespectful language and even worse service. I am disappointed with the $26.37 I spent on a botched order for 3 adults and 4 children. To make matters worse, I had to invest an additional $17 on hotdogs and chips due to the missing items. I have reached out to Taco Bell twice to address this issue, but I have not received a response via email or phone call yet. I am appalled by the treatment we received and the lack of customer service at this location during our vacation.

I made an online order to be ready at 8:15. However, I received a notification at 8:00 that my order was ready. When I arrived, I was told one item was unavailable and they didn't have chips for my nachos which weren't even started. I tried to cancel on the app for a refund, but no such option existed. It doesn't seem right to pay for something I never got. This experience has deterred me from using the app again. If a restaurant can't manage online orders properly, they should reconsider offering the service without proper communication on order issues.

I recently visited the drive-thru and ordered 6 Doritos tacos, a Mexi Melt, and a 1/4 pound beef combo burrito. During the exchange, the staff member assumed I wanted a drink with the combo meal, but I did not request one. Upon seeing the bill, I questioned an item labeled XXLGSB, which turned out to be a grilled stuffed burrito. I clarified that I did not order it, and the situation escalated when the staff member informed the manager that I no longer wanted the item. This experience was frustrating as I never intended to order the grilled stuffed burrito, and the staff were argumentative despite their mistake. This particular Taco Bell location would benefit from a thorough review of their employees to improve customer service.

I placed an order at the Taco Bell located on [redacted] East Central Ave in West Carrollton, Ohio [redacted] last night long after midnight. When I got home, the order I received was completely different from what I had ordered. I tried calling the store multiple times for a replacement, but each time it just rang before switching to what sounded like a fax machine. Unfortunately, by the time I finished trying to contact them, they had already closed. Today, I spent several hours attempting to call again, only to encounter the same ringing and fax sounds. I then called the 1-[redacted] number on the Taco Bell website and spoke with a representative who escalated the issue. They instructed me to drive to the store with my receipt and request a replacement for the entire order. However, upon arriving there, they refused to replace anything. I am now unsure of what steps to take next.

I experienced a disappointing visit to the new Taco Bell in Pearl River, LA. During my first visit, they didn't have bags for my order, causing a mess in my car. The second time, my order was incomplete and missing items. The staff lacked professionalism and made mistakes with my order, showing a poor attitude when I tried to address the issues. This level of service is unacceptable, from being out of items to the staff's unapologetic behavior. I hope for a resolution to this matter promptly. My name is Jackie, and you can reach me at [redacted].

I bought 12 Taco Supremes at the Taco Bell in Mesquite, NV, and was charged $24. I lodged a complaint on the website but received no response. On a return visit, I ordered a #1 combo with water, only to be offered tap water. I believe the combo should include bottled water. The manager seemed condescending, implying I should specify that I want bottled water with my combo in the future. I feel disrespected and will not revisit the Mesquite Taco Bell. The correct price for the 12-pack of Taco Supremes is $17.99, and I expect a refund for the overcharge.

I recently visited location number [redacted], and despite past issues, I found the new staff to be very pleasant, efficient, and accurate with my order. I want to acknowledge the hardworking crew and the manager on duty during my visit. Special thanks to Maurice, Matt, Cortez (Shift Manager), Wille, Chris, and the Manager Charlie, as well as the RGM Kyko. I appreciate their excellent service on my recent visit.

I visited Taco Bell on Thomaston Avenue in Waterbury, CT, today around 8:35. I placed an order to go inside the restaurant and ended up waiting for nearly half an hour for my food. The polite young lady at the counter apologized for the inconvenience and offered me some complimentary cinnamon twists or an apple empanada, which I declined. She then went to check on my order in the kitchen and returned promptly to apologize again for the delay. My issue isn't with her; she was friendly and professional. However, waiting close to thirty minutes for fast food is unacceptable to me. I might not return to this location if such delays are common.

I recently visited a Taco Bell in my area and ordered 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos without sauce, just plain bean and rice. However, they gave me fresco style with sauce which made me sick after one bite. Additionally, I ordered a Doritos Locos Taco with just meat, no lettuce, and there was sour cream on it. The food was cold, and despite trying to contact the store, I received no response. I am seeking a refund for the $7 bill. Being a college student working a minimum wage job, it is disheartening to receive an incorrect order when I was looking for an affordable meal option with good taste. Thank you for your attention, I am eager to hear back from you.

Hello, Please take a moment to read this important message. My name is Karl Sutterfield, and sadly, my son Zachary S. was involved in the devastating Iconic Village Apartment fire in San Marcos, Texas, on July 20, [redacted]. Zachary sustained critical injuries, including severe burns on 70% of his body and a serious head injury. He had recently moved to the area after attending Angelo State University before transferring to Texas State University. The lack of proper fire safety measures in the building has forever altered my son's life. He is currently receiving medical treatment at the Brooke Army Medical Center Burn Unit, where the dedicated medical team is giving their all to help him recover. As a retired Army veteran, I never imagined my family would face such a difficult situation. Despite my pride, I'm reaching out for support for my beloved son. Zachary, a gifted writer and musician with aspirations of becoming an English teacher, lawyer, and advocate for children, needs all the help he can get to continue pursuing his dreams. If you wish to assist us during this challenging time, please consider contributing to his recovery fund at National Bank or via PayPal using the provided details below. Any help, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and support. Warm regards, Karl Sutterfield

I placed an order through the mobile app with high hopes for fresh food, but upon getting home just a minute away, the tacos were disappointingly soggy as if the ingredients were left out too long. Despite pre-ordering, we received subpar tacos from the Taco Bell on College Dr in Suffolk, VA. The staff showed no empathy or offered any apologies for the extensive wait, nor did they answer the phone when I tried calling multiple times. Additionally, during a previous visit, they were out of essential taco ingredients even though they are a taco restaurant, making the 20-minute wait in line pointless. In conclusion, I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory tacos and an apology from the crew working on August 11th at 8:30 pm.

My niece works at the Taco Bell in Greenville, Ohio, where she faces challenges with scheduling and management behavior. Despite her loyalty and punctuality, she only gets one day of work per week and has been logging over [redacted] hours in a pay period. Her manager, Patrick, has been disrespectful and yells at her in front of customers. She was promised a management position four months ago but has not received the necessary training. I'm concerned about her well-being and request an unannounced visit to observe the situation, perhaps under the guise of a new employee. Desiree Morgan, my niece, is considering quitting due to feeling overworked and disrespected. She's willing to work her scheduled hours but has been staying late without breaks, causing exhaustion. Thank you for your attention to this matter. [D.L.]

I regularly visit the Taco Bell in Trenton, Georgia almost every night after picking up my son from work. There is a drive-thru employee named Stephanie who I interact with often. One evening, I ordered my usual - 4 Nacho Cheese Tacos with just meat and cheese, and 4 Soft Tacos with just meat and cheese. Despite repeating my order several times, Stephanie seemed to have difficulty getting it right and didn't acknowledge me at the payment window. When I mentioned the long wait, she fetched the manager, Chris. On a recent visit, Stephanie was extremely rude and tossed my money at me. I requested to speak to the manager and once again, it was Chris. I expressed my frustration with Stephanie's behavior, but Chris didn't address the issue. Stephanie even told me not to come back, and Chris did nothing. I believe both Stephanie and Chris should be let go for their disrespectful behavior towards customers. I will continue to visit because my son enjoys the food, but this treatment is unacceptable. I spend $[redacted] a week at this location and demand better service. I urge the CEO or someone in charge to contact me regarding this matter.

I recently visited Taco Bell at [redacted] Mexico Road in St. Peter's, Missouri, and interacted with cashier Stevenie M. I ordered three mini chicken quesadillas and handed my debit card to the woman at the window for payment. However, she returned with two other employees, loudly stating that she had tried to charge my card four times without success. Another employee insisted I should use another form of payment, despite my knowledge of having sufficient funds. I ended up using another debit card to pay and left the restaurant. After checking, my funds were unaffected, exceeding $3.24. My issue lies not in the declined transaction but in the way the situation was handled. It was uncomfortable as three employees were involved, and despite providing a different payment, the unnecessary scene continued.

To whom it may concern, Yesterday, when I visited the Taco Bell on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN, I ordered 2 beefy frito burritos without beef as I am a vegetarian. Despite confirming my order twice due to my dietary restrictions, the second burrito I received had beef in it. This mistake made me sick as I haven't consumed beef in 2 years. I have faced similar issues at this Taco Bell before, with incorrect orders, missing items, and overcharging. I've tried to call to complain, but the line is always busy. The repeated errors have compelled me to consider taking legal action due to the impact on my health.

On September 16, [redacted], I made an order online for a large caramel apple ICEE, but when I arrived at the location in Chicago, IL, they only had regular-sized cups available. Additionally, one of the double Crunchwrap Supremes was missing pico de gallo. Despite placing the order at 1:21 am and arriving shortly after, around 1:30 am, I had to wait until 1:50 am to receive my order. The staff assembled the boxes haphazardly, leading to the food being dropped rudely on the counter. I had to wait for the third double Crunchwrap Supreme as it was overlooked along with the rest of my order. Upon returning home, I found that the tacos were placed beneath the Crunchwrap Supremes, causing them to crack and soften. I am requesting an immediate refund as this level of service is unacceptable. This has been an ongoing issue at this location, and I am disappointed by the lack of consistency in their operations.
