I stopped by Taco Bell on ****** at noon with my family to pick up lunch on the way to the beach this afternoon. After ordering, I spent ** minutes in the lobby waiting for our food only to realize when we got to the beach our order was wrong and we were missing part of our order. Frustrated, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, and was told a manager was unavailable and then the employee who answered the phone hung up on me. Shocked, I called back, again asking for a manager, and the woman who answered said "***** didn't I tell you the first time you called ain't no manager here?". I'm outraged! I just spent $**.** on lunch for * adults and * children that was made incorrectly, multiple items are missing and I spent almost ** minutes in the store placing and waiting for our order. I feel this is unacceptable, we are on vacation and I can't believe employees are allowed to speak to and treat customers this horribly and so rudely.*We had to spend an additional $** on hotdogs and chips to replace the food that was prepared incorrectly and to replace the multiple items missing from our order.*I have emailed Taco Bell twice with my concerns since this incident occurred, and I have yet to have received an email response or a phone call.
