I sent a cheque for £***.** to renew my TV License on the *th Jan **** and according to my statement from the my bank, payment was deducted and processed on the **th Jan ****. And on **th of March, I have got another letter that i need to pay my TV License. I then rang TV licensing to inform and gave them my account and sort code nos. He said this will take ** days. On *th of March, I posted the documents relating to the cheque details and statement from Bank. But I had no response and again I received a warning official letter on **th March (saturday). I rang again on the **th March and was told by TV license member, not to worry and ignore the letter. Then again I copied all the necessary documents (plus a copy of my cheque & my letter) and posted by recorded delivery. Despite my phones calls and postages cost me money, still there is no response until today - **th Mar ****. I am stressed out dealing with this problem. Please Help
