My cheque HSBC ****** ie £***.** was cashed on the *th Oct* there is no sign of my licence to date. I realise that you may have staffing problems due to this virus situation but this no excuse.*I have complained by phone but with no success, instead I have been fobbed off with excuses that *have not resolved my problem. I have given all relevant details of my bank account ,clearing code*of same etc during these calls .I was assured on the **th Oct that an email would be raised with my bank to verify the recipient of my cheque. I am still waiting for some feedback from you! On the **th Nov* I again complained and was informed that contact would be made within two days I was*not happy instead this was changed to one hour. I am still waiting !!! I
