I have been paying the TV license at my son's flat since May ****. I have now moved into a different flat and updated my change of address though my account. The direct debit is £**.** a month. When he tried to set up a direct debit to pay the license fee himself at his flat it is asking for the whole years fee spread over * months followed by £**.** a month.**This is wrong. The address has been licensed continually. I've told him to cancel the direct debit mandate as he should only be continuing the monthly payments at £**.**. As a family we have paid the monthly due since the moving in date and will only continue to pay @ £**.**. We aren't paying twice!!
