I am very worried about these payments on the tv license I am expected to make. My son has been paying quarterly by direct debit all this year (about £**) he missed a payment in September due to financial difficulties so I agreed to change the direct debit payments to my bank account but instead paying in monthly installments. I have just made a payment of £**.** which I understand needed ti cover my son's missed payment but was tben informed that I must make another * payments of £**.** in Jan and Feb? I can't understand why this should be so I was told that my monthky payments of £**.** would start in Feb, I just can't ubderstand it all! Apart from anything I can't afford * mire payments of £**.** or see why I should be making them!
