I'd like to complain and to have an explanation for this issue and I'd appreciate if this information was more clear to the customers. To avoid mishaps and D. Debits cancellations etc.*Why does TV Licensing - UK, give the facility of paying for the TV Licensing by Direct Debit for **Mths and for the customers only to realize that they have to pay for extra *Mths in advance? *Why don't you mention that the payments you are doing is for **Mths and not **Mths as you declared in your written message, for payments methods choice.*Furthermore, why don't TV Licensing tell the customers beforehand and before they are committed, with the Direct Debits that the payments are charged extra money so you'll be paying for *Mths ahead and not **Mths as stated? *Why can't we find this info before the D.Debit has gone through and you have already committed with the payments? This is not very good practice and I feel that the relevant information is hidden to the customer deliberately.
GetHuman-alcsousa did not yet indicate what TV Licensing (UK) should do to make this right.
