I ordered a gift card to be delivered immediately for a birthday* over ** hrs later, although I did receive an acknowledgment email from Tom's, the card had not been delivered. After over * hrs on the phone with them, where they did try to resend, it still would not come through. Got sent to a supervisor, Brian S., who was very rude and told my husband he "had ** seconds to voice his complaint" the issue was not resolved. At this point asked for my money back and was told they "couldn't do that" now. Just want my $*** back and no more contact with this company. My order * was TU********. Thank you. Linda Marsh
