I cannot make contact, in any of the available ways, about whether or not my order was placed and*or I will receive the shoes I ordered. I EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY TALK TO, OR RECIEVE A RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was trying to order shoes online and get a clear indication whether my order was placed and whether I will receive the product. Since that didn’t happen, I expected to be able to contact someone about this. This has proved to be IMPOSSIBLE. ... I ordered shoes on November **th. I got an immediate email stating the order was cancelled. I then got an additional email stating it was a new order and was placed. I CANNOT contact Toms using any of their options-phone, live chat, corporate number that you suggested (it disconnected)-and am extremely frustrated. My credit card number is out there in la la land!!! It makes me doubt I would EVER place another Toms order. I simply want to know if my order was actually placed and talk to a human being at Toms. Order number: ***********. Birch suede women’s shoes in size *. I hope you can help!!!
I have no idea if this order was placed and if I will receive it at all. This is a present for my mother!! Also, my credit card information is “out there” now, and I can’t believe I can’t make contact AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY.
