Have placed four orders for pair of shoes. Received confirmation e-mail followed by a second e-mail cancelling the order each time with no explanation. Have left messages on Contact Us for each attempted order with no response. Have spent *.* hours waiting for chance to talk to Toms agent with no success. Just want to know if a particular shoe is available in desired size and color. Is that expecting too much?
GetHuman-candbgee did not yet indicate what TOMS should do to make this right.
