I wanted to buy * pairs of shoes, but after I placed my order, next window was the home window. No confirmation page or email. But what really horrified me was that I called Toms customer service and got the automatic message that my waiting period to get a representative was more than ** minutes. Since I couldn't believe it, I waited * hours and called again. Same message. I will never buy anything from a website where I have to wait more than ** minutes to talk to a representative. Please try to keep up with the rest of retail websites (Nike, amazon, expedia, etc).
GetHuman-cimartel did not yet indicate what TOMS should do to make this right.
