I waiting for over ** minutes to speak to a customer service rep, finally got one. He was horrible. My shipment was sent to the wrong the address and I was trying to figure out how to fix this. He gave very rude responses, like how about calling the landline for your old address (which is in Nashville and I’m located in Los Angeles), and see if they’ll send you your shoes. I kept trying to see what else we could do and he wouldn’t respond to me.*I asked multiple times if he was even on the line anymore and he sarcastically responded back. It was truly the worst customer service experience I’ve had. To top it off he said he would issue me a refund, which he did not. I’ve emailed the company multitple times and haven’t had a single response. Here is the order number. ***************Please do something to resolve this. This would have been my first purchase from Toms and I’m so completely turned off of this company and I plan on telling my friends and family not to waste their time and spend their money elsewhere.
