TOMS,*I am contacting again in regards to boots I ordered and still have yet to receive. This is my fourth time contacting you guys in regards to this. I ordered my boots on *****. And minutes later tried contacting about the address error. It was sent to my old address. No one replied on time so the boots were sent and delivered to that address. I called that address to inform me that they have to send them back to you guys. I was then contacted back from you saying you needed the invoice. I sent the invoice number and never received a email back. I then contacted again and have yet to be replied to. I am contacting again because it has been weeks since I placed my order. I have yet to receive my boots or just a refund back. If someone can please get in touch with me it would be greatly appreciated for I would like my money back since I didn’t receive the boots in time and no longer need them at this point.
