I upgraded in the TJMAXX store in Georgia, as I was on a trip from SC for a card with the chip, as the sales person said it had better advantages. When my card arrived in the mail it had the wrong Valued Card Member Since date. I called and got a disgruntled person when I told them the year date was incorrect. She said I was to start all over with the new chip card. I feel my loyalty since **** should be counted and not ****. I told them to cancel the new card as I had not activated it. She argued with me that it had already been activated. I told her I had just received it and did not call in to activate it as the info was incorrect. She said I could no longer upgrade since I would not accept the wrong member date. I hope this is not how you really treat loyal customers. Hopefully I can say thank you when you send me a new card with the correct info. None of my other credit cards do this. I am proud of being a good customer since ** and tell all my friends to get a credit card from TJMAXX.
