make a purchase ... Item *: ************This item is being advertised for different prices based on size.Size *-*.* is priced at $** while size ** is priced at $**.**. I contacted TJ Maxx customer service and I was told by one of the mangers (Brandy) that this is a computer glitch and that this will be rectified. I asked if I could purchase the item and then be reimbursed but, i was told no reimbursement would be made if purchase for **.**. This is unfair and I would like to have this issue addressed, so i can make this purchase at the price it should be like the other sizes.
This was especially frustrating that one size cost more than the other, and then expressing this is a glitch in the system but not sure when will be rectified, but if i want the item i should purchase for the error price of $**, plus shipping and tax brought the total to $**. And I had just placed an order a day before this.
The could have simply allowed me to purchase the item and reimburse me the difference. Or simply do a price adjustment! Like my goodness, they admitted this is a glitch in the system.
I have shopping at TJMAXX for soooooo long especially online.
I've called, and this is still left unresolved.
