I purchased a Micheal Kors purse on ******* from TJMaxx in Kentucky. I carried the purse for * days and decided I didn’ like the fact it didn’t have a zipper on top of it. When I tried to EXCHANGE it the manager refused. She said it was worn and smelled like food. She said it was not “square” like it was when I bought it, and said it was worn. I never carry food in my purse (there was NO food in the purse) and I still can’t find where the purse is worn. The purse was not as “square because I removed the paper inside. The associate was rude and unprofessional and refused to exchange even though I had the receipt and the tags that was on the purse. I had removed the paper to carry the purse for all of three days. I will never shop at TJMaxx again.
