I red's a handbag from my friend for Christmas. I know she bought it at TJ Maxx because I was there with her * weeks prior and told her I liked it. Well, first time I used it the handbag marked and stained. It is damaged as the material marks terribly. I asked my friend for receipt. She could not find it. I went to the store in Deptford, NJ where she bought it and they said without receipt could not take back. I asked if I could talk to Mgr. When she cane up after long while she said it was not from her store. Both my friend and I know it was purchased there.! It was an Adrienne Vittadini bag. It was $**.**. I only wanted store credit to purchase another handbag and manager was most uncooperative. I shop in that TJ Maxx all the time and have even bought Adrienne Vittadini perfume there. I find this to be very poor customer service. The phone number the Manager gave me to complain does not work and when you press * for English it disconnects you. This handbag is brand new except for stain and they would not credit me. I told them they could even discount it because it was after Christmas. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Thank you Diana Kozak
