I purchased an item on October **, ****. I returned the item on December **, **** via their warehouse delivered and signed for. Received an email from Tjmaxx stating they had received item and I would get a credit within *-* business days. *There holiday return policy states items purchased between October **- December **, **** can be returned until January **, ****.**Now they are just saying they can send gift cards.
GetHuman1966536 did not yet indicate what TJ Maxx should do to make this right.
