I just tried to use the survey and it timed out and I don't think my comment got thru, so I will try here! I live in Richmond KY and I am a regular customer at the tjmaxx store there. Many times it's super busy there and the line gets way backed up like yesterday! When a person see's a line like that they expect to be waiting a long time and I'm like "do I really need what I'm going to buy?" These are questions I ask myself at every other store, I have come to learn though that at this tj Maxx store the line will go really fast! This is so refreshing because almost all the other stores I go to do not seem to make the checkout process a priority! Even and especially Walmart, they're the worst about this! When I go into a store and it's time to check out and there are long lines, its beyond frustrating when there is no sense of urgency and no one is being called up to help and if they are calling people no one is responding! I feel that business does not care at all about having me for a customer and that my business is of little importance to them! I have been a customer of the Richmond store since it opened, I've never really had any problems there and instead I've had lots of pleasant experiences shopping there! I feel I am valued as a customer and the people are pretty friendly! A couple nights ago I was in and the line was unbelievably long, I was in a hurry because I had just a few minutes to get to church but I had no worries because I knew that every checkout would be opened all the associates would recognize the urgency of the situation and the line would go fast! I went through the line of an associate named Jazmynne and made sure to thank her for her part in making the line go fast! That as a customer I couldn't appreciate it anymore than I do! I've been thru her line many times and the consistency and speed she demonstrates in her job performance is as consise and responsible as any customer could ask for! But I really think I could say this same thing about everyone I've come into contact with at this store! I would just like for these people to get a really big" pat on the back" and a big "thank you" to whoever is responsible for the manner in which the people here conduct themselves!
