Hello,**I stay at Idaho Falls Idaho. This is about extreme inconvenience caused to me because of computer slow down, system glitch, going to different check out stations, and problems while returning items purchased.** There was a glitch when they put the return on tjmaxx card for me. First they put all the rreturn credit on a merchandise card, then the computer slowed down and I waited there for good ** mins..to find out that they would have to rescan the items after we move to other check out station, they were making returns earlier at jewellery section.**When we went to the new check out place, the sales people found out that the cost was already reimbursed on the card and they had reimbursed it again. SO, they had to rescan all items to take away the extra credit they put on the card. I asked them, what they can do for me for the extra * hour wait in the whole process, they said they could give me a ** cents discount on something that I purchased for like * dollars or so. It was poor system function on many levels.* I wonder if there is actually a policy for any inconvenience caused to regular customers while shopping. I shop a lot at tjmaxx, when I say a lot, I am talking about *** dollar or more minimum on a monthly level.( you can look up my history with my email and idaho falls location.)**I was expecting a gift card actually, as all the inconvenience caused due to the system slow down and being non functional, was happening around from *:** to ** : ** pm....I reached home pretty late and was very upset. The town becomes a ghost after * pm.I and it is a small town, my husband was worried. i love tjmaxx and that is why i wanted to be there as always. I waited but I did not like the way they valued my time.**I am a familiar face at tjmaxx and I expected good customer service for my time wasted, spent. For the inconvenience caused. They said sorry but did they actually mean it?**This kind of behavior makes me feel questioned for my stand as a customer, for my time and effort for picking tjmaxx and for the way tjmaxx values people's time. **I do not know if the sales people thought I will be ok with ** cents for my lost * hour because I am a regular customer and have free time to visit tjmaxx?? Or whether the sales people thought that coming to Tjamxx is for people who do "nothing in life anyway" and that customer's one hour does not matter at all or worth ** centss??????**It's not just the question of money, it is also a question of respect and value. I do not want a treatment of disrespect from choices that I am loyal to and for the choice of picking tjmaxx..**I am very disappointed with what has happened today and the treatment I was given to. This is really sad on many levels, the way tjmaxx treats their loyalty..is just very questionable. I wonder if they did the right thing by doing what they did or am I really right to feel mistreated. **I just need an answer in writing from tjmaxx
